The room was great, the staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was very tasty. Enjoyed the pizza place in the evening.

Staff could have been more knowledgeable, we were told that the free shuttle to Epcot was worth the wait as Taxi’s often get stuck in traffic. Had we known that Epcot was the last stop, and an hour ride on that shuttle we would have taken what turned out to be a 10 minute cab ride. Also it would have been good to know that Epcot closed at 9:00pm and not 11:00pm which was our scheduled pick up on the free shuttle back. Needless to say we took a cab and we’re back to the property in 10 minutes.

Stayed with my family. Cleanliness - room, bathroom, elevator, hallways, breakfast room, everything was very clean. Pizza downstairs- not the best I've had but also not the worst, nice to have the option when you arrive late from the parks or airport. Open till 11pm. Breakfast- classic American style buffet, very good. Lots of options for food and drinks. They try to change it up each day. Staff- the front desk staff was so nice! Did not encounter a single person who was rude or unkind. Very helpful! Everyone always had a smile on their face. Greeted you every morning. Also the staff in the breakfast room were so kind, and always smiling! Everyone was so nice! Pool was open for our stay, and they have charter bus transport to Disney parks and Disney springs with multiple departure and arrival times throughout the day. Very comfortable. Also free transport to the local outlet mall. There's a CVS, 7/11, Indian food restaurant and a pizza place across the street. All in all a wonderful experience. Definitely staying here again on my next visit.

For us the breakfast was a big let down. Lack of choice and presentation, you quickly became bored. Very very busy, lots of people at any time you tried. It was like a school dining hall.

A very nice and clean hotel . Friendly staff and and excellent breakfast. Location is not the best If You plan on using public transit . Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel .

I liked the breakfast included Cleanliness EVERYDAY which doesn't happen at the majority of places The staff super friendly at front desk morning and night staff and cleaning ladies too as well as kitchen staff

Got on elevator and was stuck 😐 had rung various bells 🔔 and finally got off and walked to main elevator near front desk. Was told my bank card declined and used my credit card. Momentarily charged on both cards (my bank card accepted charge and was in pending status for4 days) but I believe those pending charges now dropped off. Also $50 per night incidental deposit and you won't get back for 5 business days. 😒

The lobby smelled cleaned as soon as you walk in. the staff is helpful and kind. the breakfast is the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. 10 out of 10 would definitely go back.

50 per night deposit was a bit much in my opinion as most hotels just do a standard 50 for the whole stay.

Very lovely and newly renovated. Beds we’re comfortable and break fast was really great.

Opening hours of the pizza shop , should open earlier.

We had a really great stay, the hotel is in a convenient location, has shuttles to the Disney parks and it's easy to get to from the airport. Room is huge, clean and comfortable. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of the area, full of tips on how to get around. Breakfast is fresh, varied and delicious. Overall a memorable stay and we'd definitely come back.
