SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tampa Suncoast Parkway

Beautiful place! Everything in the room was well thought out, and perfectly placed! Bed was comfortable. Only problem was the dirty grout on the floor near the toilet, and the slippery shower floor. Could use more water pressure in the shower. But this place is as nice as it gets!!!

The bathroom floor grout around the toilet area in room 420 needs a good scrubbing. The grout lines are already black. The shower floor turns slippery as ice the moment water hits it. There was very little water pressure in the shower.

Location, staff was amazing, the lounge/breakfast room was the nicest,coolest, comfy, and most relaxing I’ve been in. I loved our bathroom as well!

I will just be nit picking here and that’s the truth. We two small stains on our floor, a lot of what looked like dust around our vents. The bed skirts are starting to tear , so those should be replaced

It was a nice facility, up to date / modernized. The beds were comfortable, and I like how they have the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The shower was nice and clean.

Our room wasn't cleaned after our first night, nor was we given fresh towels. We had to go to the front desk our second night to ask for clean towels.

I really love our room & the price! I didn't know this was a pet friendly hotel and if I would of knew I wouldn't booked it, but I'm glad I didn't encounter dog hair, or smell on the room and this make our stay comfortable. I really love the furniture and bathroom which is just as described on pictures. I also love the essentials as shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion were Paul Mitchell, and they smell good! Great prices as well! Every staff I met were very nice and friendly. I would be back...

Pool was dirty and not just dirty it was green... Elevators floor we're dirty... I have been in others hotel and they constantly cleaning them and this should be as well considering it's a pet friendly.

Very pleased with the variety quality and taste of the breakfast. I enjoyed it every day. The staff was very helpful. The was staff even helped me get my breakfast. As I was traveling with my pet and needed help. Kudos to this wonderful place.

I would have like the facility to have more washers and dryers available as I had to wait to wash my clothes. .

it was in the perfect location! close to the highway and to all restaurants and shopping.

the pool was a little small for the size of the hotel. Water dispenser and coffee should always have been accessible to the customers in the lobby at all time. the one in the room just isn’t enough. Other than that the place deserves a 5 star rating!

Hotel is very clean and very well ran. The employees continue to excel and help make the stay stress free and easy. The breakfast is nice but looks forward to a return to normal noncovid prewrapped microwaved foods soon. Always have cereal options and the coffee is good.

If we could begin to move a way from the prewrapped microwaved meals for the breakfast. All nice and all but miss the old days of eggs bacon and other normal breakfast foods.

Stayed here while we were saying our last goodbye to our family member. We booked this hotel location by accident (it was 30min from were we were supposed to be) but we stayed because it was super nice and super late. Staff was very helpful even the guy in training was amazing. Beautiful room & breakfasts. Clean and comfy especially since im pregnant! Love to see the live Stock grazing in the grass from our window that was our highlight of the stay. Beautiful location great staff. Thanks for making our sad trip. Soo comforting.

Clean Well staffed

Stayed for 6 nights and I agreed to every other day for cleaning They never changed the linens I would request cleaning everyday with linen change!!

The breakfast it's always the same.they don't have variety.

We had a lot of payment issues unfortunately and that was a stress because we didn't know where the money was going or who had it but other than that thanks to Bobby she resolved our issue and the stay was great!
