Clean, quiet, good breakfast

The front desk had no method for tracking the luggage valet carts and there was a lot of waiting to finally get one and transport into my room. When I was leaving two days later, they still had no idea where the luggage carts were. I had a lot of luggage and boxes with me because I had evacuated from Idalia. I had to finally make 6 trips between my room and my car, carrying everything myself. The front desk said that people were keeping them in their rooms. There has to be a better way!

Staff was great. Room was clean. Amenities on site helped us in a pinch for plates and cutlery.

Breakfast was mediocre and the outdoor pool is not heated. I know the hotel is in Florida, but it does get cooler here and it was hard for the kids to enjoy the pool when it’s in the lower 70s temperatures. Prices everywhere are going up because of energy hikes, so I expected what I got for the price, but everywhere is too high right now for rates.

Kevin, the night front desk attendant was WONDERFUL and made us feel right at home when we arrived at the Odessa Trinity Hampton Inn property, as well as when we called the night before our arrival when we called to confirm our reservation. The breakfast attendant was very helpful, and very pleasant to us. The turkey sausage and potatoes were great. My husband liked the eggs, I thought they were ok. The bread, coffee and juice choices were great. Thank you for such a wonderful night stay and morning breakfast. The hotel Housekeeping staff members greeted us and told us Good Morning!! enthusiastically every single time they saw us in the hallway and anywhere on the property. We had a wonderful stay last night at the Odessa Trinity Hampton Inn property.

Price could have been more competitive. We paid $135 for one night; a more competitive price would have been around $99-$109+tax. Perhaps confirming if guests are indeed retired on a fixed income, would be a way to offer a sliding scale, or a lower price per night to retirees vs guests who perhaps are there for work (and whose companies/jobs pay for the night(s)' stay anyways). Thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts with Hampton Inn.

for me a perfect location. The room was clean and comfortable. Every weeknight they presented cheese boards, or cookies and milk and on Friday we had sangrias. The staff was always pleasant and helpful.

while breakfast is included, the food could have been warmer. Also the bedding was too heavy. Either you had a heavy down comforter or the sheet. An extra spread was in the closet but it was very stiff.

Hotel staff was very nice, both friendly and helpful. Welcome appetizers were a very nice touch and much appreciated after checking in. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Staff was very watchful to keep it well-stocked and clean throughout the morning. The bed, pillows and linen were quite comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like. Of course, prices keeps going up, but that's with everything these days. The location was perfect for me because I needed to be in that area for family, but there's really not much nearby for tourists.

Clean , new, good value for price

Kitchen staff was not accommodating at all , yelled at my cousin because she put the English muffin in the toaster , she was also not happy that she had to help another customer at the coffee station because the responsible staff was helping another guest! She was not cheerful, helpful or respectful to guests

The breakfast was better than I expected.

I understand this is Florida, but the temperature of the main lobby, Lounge and breakfast area was unbelievably COLD. It was so cold, that it was uncomfortable to sit in the lounge and enjoy my breakfast. One should not have to wear a sweatshirt and a knit cap in Florida to enjoy breakfast. With a simple adjustment of the setpoint on the thermostat you can make everyone comfortable and save some energy.

The thing I like most about the hotel was the staff, they were very accommodating and helpful with every need

nothing really was poorly done, a little more equipment in the gym would be nice, but it was completely adequate for a quick ineffective work out

Clean and surprisingly well insulated. We could not hear neighbors or traffic. Room was clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and plenty. Staff was friendly. We didn’t have any cash on us and couldn’t leave a tip …. please let housekeeping know that we are sorry!

We had nothing we didn’t like

The location was perfect for where I needed to drive every day. Having on site breakfast was very convenient. It was very quiet and great for our short stay.

The pillows were very lumpy and I could not get very comfortable. I had booked the room online with two queen beds, but when we got there we were given a king bed. Our check in time was so late and we were so tired, and we just kept the king bed.
