Best Western Wesley Chapel

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing! Friendly, helpful and engaging, even though I arrived at 2pm due to flight delays.

Housekeeping came early the morning after my arrival, round 10am when I was preparing to leave the room. I returned that evening and my do not disturb notice was on my door. I did not put the do not disturb tag on my door, so I initially thought I had the wrong room. I double-checked the sleeve with my room key and it was correct, so I entered and realized that my room hadn't been cleaned. Housekeeping likely put the tag on the door rather than clean after I had departed.

nice warm breakfast every day kept well stocked. staff had good sense of humor. offered class discounts upon request. well kept housekeeping. fresh baked cookies every afternoon and evening.

Room had only one chair for sitting. there was a desk with an office type chair also. No actual table.

Staff was phenomenal! Fresh popcorn and cookies was amazing!

Breakfast was overrun with cheerleaders one day. Would like to have oatmeal offered and hard boiled eggs. 4 adults in our room and only got 3 towels each day had to go to lobby to ask for more towels

It was a great experience, location was great, the rooms were big enough, the beds were so comfortable, the bathroom was remodeled, clean. Breakfast in the dinning area, with hot scramble eggs, coffee, waffles and bacon was a plus, nowadays where most hotels only give you a muffin to for the room. Over all, it was an awesome experience !!!!

The staff was outstanding and did whatever necessary to meet our needs. And for that I'll always be grateful and a loyal BW guest.

I think the weekend price increases shouldn't be added to local BW guest. I understand the tourist attraction is the driving force behind the price Hiking. However not for Florida residents.

The location is good, the price was good, staff is friendly and professional. My room was nice, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was nice.

Nothing major, ice machine was out of service, and other floor machine wouldn’t take my key card because I was from a different floor, maybe? The light above the closet kept flickering when turned off. Not something to spoil my stay.

the stay was great! The staff was super nice and helpful. Check in and check out took no time at all. It was very well kept. The commonly touched areas were worn to a little rust from cleaning them often I believe. That seemed to be the only downside to the whole thing.

The breakfast was great; similar to what I would have eaten if I were at my own house

Although the views from my room weren’t very good, I didn’t come to look out the window, but to conduct business.

No one else’s noise. Smell no one else’s illegal drug. Rooms didn’t smell like mildew.

Hotel prices are going up but hotels tend to stay the same or worse in conditions. Get creative if you are raising prices. I used to be able to get this hotel much cheaper than what I had to pay.

very convenient location, clean and welcoming lobby. all rooms/ hallways clean. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff in all areas. Very comfortable bed, large outdoor pool and hot tub
