hospitality was excellent. best breakfast options I’ve had in a hotel plus cooking and popcorn in the evening. beds were somewhat small. housekeeping was great. staff were always very helpful.

We loved the convenience of the location. The staff was great from the front to the back! Accommodating friendly. Was in town for Thanksgiving. I was told to let the front desk know ahead of time if I needed anything. I didn’t but the house keeping staff still checked in us the day of and everyday there after to make sure we where good and would have cleaned the room if we needed. I didn’t get that at high end place I stayed for a wedding for way more cost!

I don’t have any dislikes! I read reviews before I went and it was everything that was previously stated. We had a double room which happen to be full size beds instead of queen as I had anticipated but I think that may have been more to my lack of attention prior to booking.

Great customer service! Seeing employees actually appear to enjoy their job, was very refreshing. Breakfast was good and simple. Location was wonderful. Directly across from a large shoping center and only 10-15 min away from the lagoons.

Beds were small and a bit hard. Definitely not queen size. Felt more like an XL twin, barley a full. Ideal for maybe two adults and 1 child. Adults sleeping on separate beds at that. Other than the bed issue, no complaints.

Breakfast was ordinary and we just carried out since my guest decided to treat out. We liked the facility overall even though the bathroom was small with vanity separately from the bathroom. Still the cleanliness is the most important feature this hotel offers and that is what I like most including the price.

The question of having a service dog is quite alarming from the looks of the attendant even motioning my handicap when I came in to check in. But nevertheless, it was only her way of checking not a big deal considering that my dog has its jacket approved by ADA. In this situation I am usually prepared with my papers to back up my service dog if in case there are people who are not aware not asking for the person's disability, require medical documentation, or special identification card or training documents for the the dog or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task under Federal Law CFR 35.102 Subpart A that became effective 3/15/11 granting Federal statutory protection to the service animal regardless of what breed they are.

THE STAFF! Pam working the night shift was SO friendly and helpful! I arrived at 3am, when I asked if there was any food there I could purchase, she told me there wasn't but she could get me a muffin! She gave me 2 blueberry muffins, yogurt and some fruit loops! I hadn't had time to eat all day! Her kindness was exactly what I needed. I was traveling to see a dying, very cherished Uncle, she helped start my trip out on a kinder, gentle note! Thank you Pam!!! We lived in the area for 23 years and recently moved. Needed to come back for some medical issues, and needed an inexpensive but nice place to stay. This was far beyond what we expected! We can't say one negative thing about this place. Super clean, friendly people, comfortable accommodations, hot breakfast, and a great value! We will definitely stay here again!

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Staff, without exception, was super friendly, greeting you everytime they saw you. Breakfast was good, not super elaborate, but more than enough each morning. Staff was constantly monitoring, and keeping plenty ready. Saw lots of families with children there. Free wifi with good speed.

There was nothing outstanding we didn't like. It's not a Hilton, but the price was not Hilton either. No complaints.

We were very happy with the room, The beds were very large and comfortable. The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Delicious cookies in the lobby every day.

There was not enough parking late at night. We came back late one night and there were no parking spots. We needed to park across the street at the Best Western Hotel because there were no spots available at the Sleep Inn.

Very clean property with friendly staff. Had family that occupied 4 different rooms. We all agreed this would definitely be our first choice when visiting family again in Wesley Chapel. Breakfast options were also satisfactory. Also plenty of room for parking.

Don’t really have anything negative to say. Only downside was that they were conducting a water heater change out when the family was getting ready so the water ran cold for about an hour. Completely understandable as this was Maintenenace.

Alejandra the house keeper was Amazing. This lady should get a raise. She was so helpful and kind. I can't put it into words just how great she is.

Breakfast could have been better. It was decent though.
