Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Tampa North - Wesley Chapel, an IHG Hotel

Had a King sized bed. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was great. The gym was serviceable and had all I needed to work out properly. I didn't get to use the pool, but they do have one even though it's on the small size. I liked this hotel and would stay here again.

My only issue during my stay is that there was no more hair conditioner in the dispenser and even though I called twice for conditioner the guest services never got it to me. The girl who answered my call at the guest services desk seemed annoyed when I called her the second time. This was the only hiccup.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and the amenities. Plus it’s always great to get free breakfast. What was also really cool is the dove soaps that was a plus in my opinion. Dove hand soap , shampoo ,conditioner and body wash. My boys and husband enjoyed the sports channel which was surprising to me in a hotel but great to have when you have sports fans. We enjoyed our stay

This is the great hotel with very good breakfast. We were traveling with our students as teachers, so we request the rooms next to each other. They were super understandable and we got 3 rooms right next to each other! Front desk very nice and helpful! There are some restaurants cross the street and much more 3 min. driving. We visited the Epperson Lagoon and it was 14 min driving from there.

Very pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room. It seemed pretty new and was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel itself was nicely decorated and the breakfast was varied and nice -- standard stuff, but with southern amenities like gravy.

The only real negative about this hotel I have to report is about the side parking lot. Every time we pulled into the side parking (where there is a key-operated entrance that we used to get to our room) we saw people loitering quite a bit and, especially at night, didn't feel as safe. And there was always random trash in this lot. Discarded masks, food cups, etc.

The breakfast was typical motel breakfast. Scrambled eggs or another day omelet style with sausage, biscuits and gravy or cereal. coffee was typically weak, but not enough to be bad. The lady taking care of the breakfast was very nice and kept busy checking to be sure everything was as it should be. She cheerfully created everyone who came into the area.

Nothing was worthy of complaint.

The breakfast was good, staff was nice and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious and very clean. They also offered any toiletries that we may have forgotten. thank you for the nice stay.

I don't have anything negative to say about out stay.

clean ,quiet , nice staff, breakfast was very adequate. breakfast meats were awful. very low grade of bacon. we had to throw away.

my daughters room had a bug in the bed and she said the room had a funky odor. we had to make 4 trips to the lobby to get a room key that worked for both our rooms. it was late we were tired and that was a very real inconvenience.

the location and the facility was fantastic the staff was very nice and pleasant. The only complaint we had was the bed was very high up for an elderly person to be able to sleep in without having assistance.

the beds were too elevated for an elderly person to be able to lay in without assistance. we were worried my mother would fall if she needed to get up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom.

Very clean hotel. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Everything was clean. Location is great!

The handle in shower was not working properly but the shower was nice that it had a bench and plenty of room to put shampoo, soap, etc.

Breakfast was great. I loved that there were two different options for the sausages (turkey/regular) and eggs (egg whites/regular). The fresh baked cinnamon rolls were awesome. As soon as the coffee was out it was immediately.

Different creamer options for the coffee would be great. Not sure if they were just out of stock but to be able to get gatorade or bodyarmour from the lobby store would also be great. The energy drink selections were awesome.
