Great location. Nice outdoor bar. Really good entertainment. Comfortable place.

Did not like having a daily charge for parking for hotel guests at checkout. This is not an urban city where parking is limited so this was not necessary. Didn't used to be charged for this at this location. Also the maid left dirty coffee cups and didn't empty ice bucket or replenish anything.

We loved Faro Blanco. Our room was bright and clean, with fresh linens and new, clean carpet. We enjoyed the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in our room. We used the work-out room (elliptical, treadmill, weights) a few times. The resort has a big back yard with a volleyball net, ping pong table, and giant chess board. There are two nice pools and an outdoor bar. Plus you can walk along the marina behind the hotel and see the boats. The parking lot had plenty of space, and the whole area felt very safe and well-located. What a great time!

A Kuerig machine in the room, instead of a simple coffee pot, would have made this even better. Also, we didn't appreciate the extra "hidden fees" like the extra charge for parking and cleaning fee. The price appears more competitive than it really is once you include all the extra fees.

Location and staff were very nice. Restaurant/bar, pool, marina, games all on premise.

$30 resort fee $15 to park your car! Heavy, fancy glass slider for main door to bathroom but old, low toilet.

The room, the grounds, the restaurant/bar were very nice, and the staff was great.

I was surprised that they charged $15/night for parking. Also the shower water was not quite warm enough.

Beautiful hotel feeling like a small resort with 2 swimming pools and a beautiful Marina. Large bedroom, ample space. Quiet, well maintained, clean and the Staff is awesome and friendly. Many iguanas around, they love being fed.

No Breakfast and No beach on site - Read below. A bit sad about the lack of breakfast... There's an option to order a breakfast dish in the morning from a short 4 items menu, from the hotel front bar location and a few pastries and coffee options, but there's no real Breakfast option (the one where everyone sit down, you get your own coffee, cereal etc....) Nope, that is not available. We ended up going out for breakfast, no big deal, but a bit disappointed not to have the option. Also, there's no beach within the resort... It isn't clearly stated. Though the water is clear by the marina is it not recommended to swim there. So you have to drive a few minutes to the nearest beach... Again, not a deal breaker, but something which should be highlighted.

The hotel is very well maintained, rooms are very clean, the hotel grounds are beautiful, It was a great surprise!!! Kristine a recepcionist made all the difference, she worries about the client ( she was amazing). The hotel allowed us a early check-in, which we só needed after an Internacional flight, she acredita about the location of the room for us. We did not want to leave. The swimming pool was heated, the breakfast included is not ideal, It allows you one item of the menu and one large drink. The breakfast chef is also an amazing attendant. Totally recommend!!!!! Just do not think the parking should be charged.

A continental breakfast would allow flexibility and payed parking.

There were no towels in the room. Also there were ants but it's florida so I wasn't too worried

My family of six stayed here over a long weekend. The breakfast was delicious and individually made. We took advantage of both of the pools, which were clean. The one next to the marina has food and drink service pool side and good happy hour specials. We also used the washer and dryer located in the same building as the restaurant. The hotel is a good jumping off location for exploring Marathon and Bahai Honda.

Some of the deck lounging chairs have seen better days.
