Very quiet, comfortable and clean

I made a reservation for a minor and an adult and requested two beds as a requirement and they accommodated us in a single bed (in the app they did not have the option of two beds) and I did not like breakfast, they are refrigerated bolws (no eggs , no waffles, no pancakes ...)

I don't know. I thought I had a reservation that included breakfast. The desk clerk informed me that I was incorrect.

The price of parking was exorbitant. Given the room rates, the parking should not have been so high.

Location was very convenient; there's a Publix literally across the street, and numerous restaurants and bars are within comfortable walking distance. Also, the bar in the lobby was nice.

My only complaints were the $25-a-night charge for overnight parking (as the only two avilable street parking spaces are free just up 'til 9PM), the $15-per-person breakfast (which was no different or any more selective than a basic continental spread at any other hotel), and the mattress in our room was absolutely terrible; it was super hard, and felt like trying to sleep on a bag of rocks.

I just love the hotel the nice restaurant the artwork the furniture choices the fact my room on the 3rd floor went right out to the rooftop pool and it’s about a 25-30 min Uber/Lyft ride to south beach or downtown Miami, it’s literally right across the street from a Publix geo grocery store and the best part my puppy got to stay with me for free!

The only thing I didn’t like was not having a kitchenette in my own room but the microwave in the kitchen worked just fine anytime I had leftovers

The staff at the front desk do not smile when you walk up to the front desk. I was there for four day and no one speaks with a smile. They are not a pleasant bunch.

Breakfast was limited but adequate. Service by everyone from the valet to the front desk were very polite and helpful.

The poorest possible toilet paper was used in the bathroom. Needs a serious upgrade, given the quality of the property.

It was quiet, clean, the bed was comfortable, the tv was a nice size.

The staff (other than the valets) weren’t friendly. We probably don’t look like their normal guests and they definitely made us feel that way every time we walked past or interacted with the front desk.

Great location - not too far from the airport, with plenty of dining options around, yet far from the crowded touristy areas. Friendly and helpful stuff, very comfortable bed, nice pool.

Can't think of anything particular. Maybe the breakfast was too basic and limited for it's price.

I was unable to have a late checkout without having to pay an extra full day. Note that I had already paid for an extra day to ensure early checkin.
