Room temperature set too law. It was super cold and the termostat device could not be set to a higher temperature for some reason. Maybe it was something faulty with the air fan as well because when we first entered the room there was a stale, dull air inside. Someone from the stuff entered our room by mistake. It was not something too problematic ( it happens ), however we didn't liked the fact that the person did not knock on the door first and just entered directly. No phonic isolation whatsoever. We could hear the guests from the next room like they were 1 meter away.

The location was superb. Coral Gables with access to many shops and restaurants close by in every ditection.The pool and view were great, clean room, all amenities: fridge, microwave and free Wi-fi. Spent a while at the hotel bar, and the friendly bartender kept me entertained. Had a great stay.

The ice machine on my floor never worked and had to go to other food each time.

Staff was really nice throughout the stay - I especially appreciate that we could leave our bags at the reception after check-out. The room was comfortable, with a nice coffee bar and a modern bathroom.

Only problem was that sometimes the bathroom door would get stuck and it took some strenght to actually close it/open it.

Room was clean and spacious, location was perfect for my needs, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great and the hotel restaurant offered a menu with a good variety of food. I really enjoyed the small bar the hotel has. Drinks here affordable and bar tender was friendly.

The staff was very welcoming and efficient. The room and the bathroom were comfortable.

The room on the street side is a little noisy and there was some banging noises coming from in the pipes' bathroom. Nothing terrible, probably temporary?

We chose the hotel for it's safe location but still in close proximity to things we wanted to experience in Miami. The staff was responsive to requests/needs and very kind. Good parking option! We enjoyed the rooftop pool. All the shared spaces seemed clean and well attended to. Our room was small but seemed clean and was fine for a weekend.

The food options in the restaurant were closed during our stay.

From check in to check out...the staff was friendly, professional and very helpful....the location of this hotel was perfect for my visit to Coral Gables.

I wish there were more options of room sizes. My room was great for one person, but a bit small for 2 or more.
