Hotel Colonnade Coral Gables, Autograph Collection

I loved the location, there is so much nearby within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated, my room was spacious. Room service food was very good. Loved all the extras that are included with the resort fee.

The elevators were a little inconvenient for transporting our luggage. We had to take the elevator down to the second floor lobby and then find the elevator that goes down to street level. My room was nice and spacious but I found it to have a musty smell, not sure if this is to be expected for Florida or it was just my room. Also, the AC didn’t work as well as I would expect for Florida. I found my room to be warmer than I would like but it wasn’t terrible.

staff were the friendliness I’ve seen, and helped us so much. I didn’t get their names but amazing staff! great rooms and views.

check in was hard because our flight delayed we didn’t get to hotel until 12am and our room was cancelled. I really wish hotels would accommodate for things we can’t control. but staff helped us immediately and gave us free breakfast for every day we were there so in my eyes that was fixed and taken care of perfectly.

walking distance to everything! wonderful location and quite at night! Restaurants inside hotel are amazing and so are the ones walking distance from the hotel doors!

only downfall pool area was nice but awning missing over pillars as shown in pictures and the pool had food floating in it and didn’t look maintained. And there was a Prom the night we stayed and that became hectic trying to maneuver in the hotel- certain areas were blocked off, couldn’t get an elevator, and people and police and security everywhere!

Beautiful, excellent location. We held my godchild’s wedding there and everything worked out as expected with the food and venue. Our complementary full breakfast was delicious. At check in and check out, the staff was amazing, they were accommodating and fast. Our valet attendant was the best. I wish I could remember their names. I was a a little stressed with making sure it all went smooth and truly can’t remember their names. They need to be commended on their customer service.

There were no blankets or pillows on the loft section of the room when we got back to our room from the wedding. at 1:00 am. We requested linens that were delivered quickly, but I had to call a second time to request linens for the second bed on the loft. Again delivered quickly. It was a small thing, but it would have been easier at that time if it was all there.

position just right. wanted something near to airport but not Miami Beach or city. lots of restaurants and shops in blocks near by. room was also very nice . good decoration and bathroom was excellent . bed very comfortable.

hotel is situated one floor up and you have to reach it by stairs or elevator then use different elevator to get to rooms . this was quite hard to find way in . needs better direction from doorman and better signs .

My favorite part of the hotel had to be how beautiful the rooms were, the nice pool, and just the decor in the hotel as a whole. While I was staying there, a wedding was happening and seeing how they prepared for it was stunning. The staff was so friendly.

The only problems I had with hotel was the consistency of housekeeping, it was really good except for the two days my room wasn’t cleaned. There was a little area for snacks, but I wish there was venting machines on the guest floors. Lastly, parking was just annoying. Since valet was expensive if you’re staying for more than just a few days to constantly have to pay for it. Also, there is a lot across the street but they charged $1 for every 15 minutes. Parking on the street was your best bet, but again that’s still price to pay and constantly monitoring the meter.

I really like the Cleanliness of the hotel and the room, even though I didn’t get the room I wanted.

I didn’t like that the pool only stayed open til 8, wanted to take a late night swim. I didn’t like the fact that you are told that there is a 250.00 incidental fee. Good thing I had extra money or I would have just been stuck there with no room.

We got a bi-level family loft with a bunk bed, which was uncomfortable for our 3 years old, but Isabella and her collegues helped us change a room, which was perfect. Breakfast is delicious, the staff was overall the best.

From time to time it took almost 5 minutes to get hot water in the bathroom.

Very friendly staff. Denise was great. Spacious suite. It is not a new place and the wear and tear is visible, but never to the point it was bad or broken. And it is in a way part of the feel that captures it’s history. The entire building is just a marvel. It was very clean everywhere. Nice area with lots of shops and restaurants, but not noisy at all. We highly recommend the coffee shop in the same building. We stayed for two nights and had a great time.

Not much. Maybe some dinner plates in the room as we took some nice pastry back. Beds could be bit better, but not too much of an issue.

The staff and service was excellent. Every person who worked at this location surpassed expectations

I felt there should have been snacks available in the room. There really wasn’t anywhere to purchase food quickly and late/early The coffee service in the room should be upgraded. Wifi issues ( although the staff did everything to help me)
