Awesome Four Seasons hotel, did for sure meet the expectations which you have when booking it. Rooms are very tidy, spacious, 2 times cleaning per day and outstanding friendly staff. Would come definitely come again.
They unfortunately still use animal tested luxury brand "Diptyque" as their standard fragnances as well as animal tested "Kiehls" in the gym downstairs. It would be nice to see them switching to a cruelty friendly luxury costmetic brand like Aesop or similar. The sunscreen is from Sunbum which is awesome though!

The one bar at the hotel was small for the size of the hotel and was always crowded at night. Perhaps open up the bar area, converting seating in the restaurant for the bar, to make the bar larger as the restaurant was typically not crowded but the bar was very active.

Even though the hotel is located right in the middle of the business district, you get the feeling you are in a resort. The outdoor pool located at the 7th floor, together with a luxuriant green vegetation and the ocean view, make you feel you are on a tropical island.
The quality of the services is high, although some improvements are needed when it comes to the staff. The difference between FS and the others is the happiness of their people, which I haven't seen it often, during my stay.

I am a big fan of Four Seasons, and most things were done to their usual high standards. The pool is great.
The hotel lacks charm or wow factor. It is a bit strange to arrive on ground level in what feels like an office building, and then go up to the lobby (which is quite nice). Generally the hotel felt impersonal. My room was a lot closer to a low-end five star than a Four Seasons, maybe because of the low ceilings. Service was good, although I do not understand the Covid measures (everything, including room service, was on disposable plates, forks, cups, etc. - surely a good hotel can work out how to clean china and metal safely).

This was our first time staying at four seasons. I chose the hotel based on the location and price point. The Staff was very accommodating and welcoming. It was extremely helpful to communicate with concierge by text. They were very good about responding quickly.

The breakfast & lunch was super amazing. I really liked how the pool was open 24 hours it’s nice to have that option of a late night swim if i wanted to. I also had a accident and needed some assistance the hotel staff was amazing and did everything in there power to make my stay and recovery amazing.

the rooms were extremely overpriced for what they were. No balconies or even updated amenities. very overpriced for the area. The brand gets you in then disappoints. Restaurant is just okay. Menu just okay. The servers and bartenders were amazing though!!
