The Landon Bay Harbor-Miami Beach

The property was very clean and tidy and the room was spacious. Towels, linen and toiletries were provided which was great if you were travelling with hand luggage only. There was unlimited tea, coffee, water and fruit which was brilliant and you could take your own food into the room to eat too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even provided you with beach towels upon request. Breakfast was simple which was fine by us and saved you having to look for somewhere to eat including the expense.

My view is that this location is ideal for those who want access to the Haulover inlet which is either a good 20minute walk each way or a short ride on the 120 bus. The 120 bus does run to South Beach which is easily accessible via a 5 minute walk to the bus stop.

We went to Miami to do some job in a nearby building by the seaside. The location was perfect. Close to the sea and the commercial area. Due to the collapsing of the Champlain Towers. We had to cancel and change the dates, 24 hours before arrival. They cancel the reservation, and didn’t charge us any fees. Highly recomendable for work or vacation. Great staff!!

The rooms are perfect.

I pretty much like everything especially the staff. They are all fabulous, fun and kind, and know their job.

It seems the rates have gone up enormously. I stayed here three weeks in the middle of the year.. rates were ok. This time 15 days which almost broke the bank account.way to much . Key card never ever works. Always got to take it to reception. The upkeep of the hotel is not what it was … but always the staff are exceptional. I fell over my suitcase in the dark going to the bathroom and made a huge ghash in my leg.. 3.00 the staff were great, cleaned it up put a bandaide on and sent me to bed. ( lol)

Check in was easy and the front desk was very accommodating, professional and so very nice to us. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable. It’s always great to start your stay with a pleasant smile. Maintenance was also very helpful and pleasant.

The bathroom shower didn’t work well and the glass door in the shower wasn’t clean.

I found everything to be perfect. I don’t like big touristy hotels. This one was more than perfect in every sense. The staff were amazing , always smiling…always attentive. The fruit which stays out all day for everybody….what a great idea.. I cannot find one fault My two weeks stay in this hotel will happen again when I return in November…can’t wait. Thank you staff members.

The fact there is no washing machine and dryer.

The hotel was conveniently located and staff was helpful and accommodating. The facilities were extremely clean and well-kept. Hotel parking was reasonably priced.

The only thing I would say is we were expecting more amenities for the price (i.e. a microwave in the room, a laundry room, a more extensive breakfast) but overall everything was lovely, so no complaints.

Small, intimate and friendly hotel, making you feel home away from home. Excellent location, minutes walk from beach, supermarket, CVS etc. Front desk Sheena and Felicio were "tops", always willing to help or provide whatever you needed. They even provided a dog food bowl for my dog!

The ice machine never had ice during my almost 2 week stay.

Beautiful location Large rooms Great staff What was super exceptional was that I left a few items in the room after checking out and they called me from the hotel to let me know and were extremely accommodating in having the items shipped to me :))) Highly recommend !!!

Everything was fine, the room was small, but tidy. Anytime at the lobby, coffee, tea, fruits are provided. 15 min walking to the beach. They also offer beach towels

No complaints. It would be nice to have a balcony, but this building doesn’t have balconies.

the location is prime. and the room is exactly what i was expecting

the variety of the breakfast. not to have drinking water solution. (bottled water or a pitchers for the room)
