Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Miami - Hialeah, an IHG Hotel

The room is great, with the all necessary for the rest, as space, comfort, cleaning, silence and entertainment. The parking is great, as well as the Wi-Fi is also great and catches everywhere. The breakfast is good, with the enough variety and flavors...Fruits, Yogurts, Granolas, Pancakes, etc... The staff are kind and helpful...congratulations the all team.

First, only one elevator function, which caused a queue to from to go up or down from the rooms at certain moments... Second, the avaiable elevator was very slow, looking like it will stop soon too. Finally, the price was "salty", possibly due to the season, but "salty"..., not least because it is a hotel where there are no food and drink options available for consumption in the room, needing to go down to the reception, (SINGLE Elevator and Slow), to buy and return to the room, even if you want to consume only water..., which reduced our number of stays in the place.

Ther minute I walked in I never thought I would be treated and attended the way Robert at the front desk would have treated me and the excellent customer service and I was actually treated the way a professional treats a customer he was kind helpful went above and beyond to helpe I had booked a room else where and I was so upset because I thought I would have to change all my plans and change addresses on my granddaughters bday he told me do not worry I will do everything in my power and see if we can change my mistake and I told you my how will that happen all hotels are booked he went above and beyond to satisfy my wish and I loved the feeling to finally meet some one who has pride in his position as a front desk clerk he should train others on how to help and satisfy and be a excellent customer service agent with a smile and he doe snot know this but I said to myself wow I must leave a review so holiday inn knows the talent in this individual I want to Thank him and tell Holiday the asset they have and how much others need to be like him the Best hotel and personal the hotel is Beautiful and he made it exceptional for me and my family The Ledesma n River. family

Nothing I honestly can say nothing because. It was clean beautiful breakfast was amazing and Robert was exceptional

Great price considering the hotel costs around the area and in Miami. We also had breakfast included which is a plus and the food was what we needed and changed a bit everyday (the 1-minute pancakes machine was amazing!). The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also very kind.

It's a bit far if you want to go to Miami (30 minute drive more or less). There was also a refrigerator truck outside all night which made a bit of noise.

I traveled solo this time and I felt pretty safe in this hotel and area. The hotel is pretty clean, you can smell the bleach and the fabuloso when you walk in lol. Staff was nice, shout outs to the girl multitasking and been super attentive even though she was the only one on the front desk, she was helpful and very professional. The mattress so comfortable, the most interesting thing was the rooster next to my window, I thought that was funny and brought memories from my mother land, that didn’t bother me at all! Breakfast was also really good and a plus since it was raining and I didn’t feel like driving around in the rain.

Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

Very comfortable beds! The most comfortable on a 15 day-trip! Quick check-in and check-out. Nice choice at breakfast. Kenneth, who only joined the team weeks after we had left, resolved an issue that had been pending for weeks almost immediately for me.

why, in 2022, do US-American hotels still have plastic cutlery in their breakfast areas? I needed the receipt resent via email due to business reasons. Didn't get a response for a few weeks, but was then helped really fast by Kenneth, who was new to the team.

it was quiet enough to rest when necessary and the location was convenient and staff seemed nice.

I don’t like those funky carpets that room smelled liked corn chips and stink feet when you turned the air down. that’s all but I’m sure y’all know that since the carpets were probably the same since being built

The hotel and room were clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel was close in proximity to stores we needed to visit. Overall, it's a great hotel. I will definitely stay again

There were three of us. However, housekeeping kept leaving two towels.

The outdoor patio area, the breakfast was really good and plenty of seating.

The beds I thought were a bit small, they should offer coffee 24 hours for early risers, the pool was locked our entire stay. None of the staff spoke English with the exception of an overnight gentleman.

The breakfast was delicious. The little gym is good. We had the double queen bed with walk in shower. Our room had a little fridge and a microwave.

Don't really have no complaints.

It was clean and quiet. Rooms confortable and the beds where great.

The door of the room have its tricks and it made me go back to the lobby couple of time same day. But it is annoying been tired of your trip and find out you can't not simply be able to get in to your room. Especially because the building has just been remodel not to long ago. Maybe a couple of months. TV program was a horror. Not even half of the TV channels available on the TV are worthy to see.
