comfortable beds, nice room.

a little pricey for a one night stay, no valet parking for trucks, and no handicap parking close. The garage will not handle a big truck or van, so self parking and long walk for handicap people is unacceptable.

Our stay was 5 days our room was not cleaned the entire stay and yes we requested it to be clean. We also had to request clean towels

Pool area is beautiful.

No housekeeping - Yech!

The hotel is beautiful the staff was pleasant.

I didn't enjoy haven't to wait 30 minutes on a line to enter the pool because they were at capacity and they had also closed one of the pools.. EXPECT LONG LINES WHICH WAS RIDICULOUS

the room was comfortable and I was really pleased and appreciative that they allowed us to check-in early. Enjoyed the poker room since it was non smoking (at least no one was smoking when I was there) and they had a lot of tables going so the wait to play was short.

the smoking - the casino stinks. They shouldn't allow smoking. The cigars were the worst smelling. Everything is so expensive - $3.50 for a bottle of water is steep and it's hard to find healthy food and drink (I couldn't find an unsweetened iced tea) - everything was soda or sweetened beverages.

We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday last Saturday. Aside from the pool there isn’t much for teens to do so I created a scavenger hunt throughout the three towers of the hotel. The hotel has so much ‘life’ in its self that the kids were busy for hours.

I had a wonderful night I got married on Saturday evening so I spend my honeymoon with you guys on Saturday night I was expecting my room to be a little more fancy but overall it was okay my bed comforter was not comfortable the room was very clean the staff was very friendly very helpful the room service I order the young lady was very well mannered even when we checked out and we're going outside the housekeeper was so so sweet the way she approaches and talked to us I mean she was excellent and I just want to say thank you thank you I enjoy my stay and I will definitely come back another day my honeymoon night was perfect and I want to say thank you

our room was very nice overlooking the pool. excellent service at pool, restaurants, etc.

grabbing a bite to eat before the concert was terrible. we waited because they were understaffed and unfortunately my order was wrong. we loved the Hard Rock Live…excellent seats and service was great. However they didn’t close the doors and continued to allow lots of people to come to their seats. this was very distracting. seen many Van Morrison concerts at other venues and the doors were closed at 8:00.

The experience staying at the Hardrock Hotel was very nice. I little bit pricey, but our event we were attended was at the hotel and we didn't want to drink and drive. We rented a car and visited the near by boardwalk at Hollywood Beach. The hotel as two pools, we enjoyed one of the two. Every nice and relaxing. Food was great. Our friends had rooms on the side of the hotel that had a view of the Hardrock guitar. Each night they got to enjoy the light show. Very beautiful.

We found ourselves looking for a place to hang out after our event. They have one bar in the middle of the casino which was extremely, extremely busy. Wish they had more capacity or more bars to sit and enjoy the evening.

Everything was pretty great, it was a bit expensive in the nickel and dime kinda of way. Pools were great, staff was friendly, and property was amazing. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer. We will def. return.

We were on a motorcycle, appox. cost 35K, not cheap nor unappealing and was forced to park in the garage... motorcycles are easy to steal and I thought under the circumstances, would have been able to park in front where there's some supervision. Considering the fact motorcycles are so easy to park against a wall or next to the Bentley I felt it wouldn't have been in the way nor hurt anything.
