Expensive to stay but enjoyed overall. Room had zero info on what restaurants were open. Where was a pamphlet or binder with information about the property? We found out how much we missed when leaving. The small Keurig coffee machine did not work in our room. Paper left on room with toilet—-not great when you’re paying over $600.00 to stay. The Italian restaurant made up for the negatives but rooms should be absolutely clean and checked out for items that don’t work anymore.

very simply….put some damn water bottles in the room. for $999 a night, they could at least put a bottle of water in the room😡

I love the finishes in the hotel, everything is beautiful and well designed. Very clean, stuff and services amazing. Asian restaurant was amazing, also the stake one. Casino is great and properly organized. The spa is my favorite, we had an amazing and relaxing experience there. I will definitely come back some day.

The room doesn’t has a bathtub. The Italian restaurant is no so good as so many ones in Miami. The pool close early at 6pm, should be until 10pm. The pool was little cold, need more heat. It isn’t a jacuzzi in pool area. Food on the pool need to be more fancy and has more variety.

The property is just amazing! Such a good vibe. Exactly what you would expect from a Hard Rock Property in Miami.

Check in was a nightmare after a 15 hour flight. We were kept waiting for over an hour whilst an issue was solved between the hotel and booking.com (which we were informed happens regularly). Initially we were asked to resolve it ourselves but eventually the Hard Rock team stepped up, however, we were sat on the floor in a corner of the lobby during the whole process and this should have been handled better. If the problem is so regular I am not sure why this platform is still utilised by the hotel or the issue is not resolved.

Our room was never cleaned. Trash not removed, beds not remade, towels not replaced

No housekeeping services were provided- I bought 15 nights ( five rooms x 3 nights) - I understand staffing issues… but there should have been a discount for no room cleaning.

For the cost of the room $800/night you’d think they’d throw in a complimentary breakfast

Hotel with casino and restaurants, large and comfortable rooms.

Room cleaning service, not s cleaning the room or change towels. We had to comment more than once. The staff was not service minded at all. We didn't take into account that this is a hotel with free cigarette smoking everywhere The pools are very crowded and there is not Enough seating.

The check in was easy the checkout was easier! There was more than enough to do within the hotel without leaving.

THE ROOMS SHOULD HAVE A MICROWAVE!!! We had to take our own luggage down when we checked out because the Bellman would have been a 30 minute wait. Then we also had to wait 20 minutes to get our vehicle from Valet parking. The customer service at the HARD ROCK CAFE was POOR! We ate there twice during our stay and both waitress barely came to our table and they were rude when they did. One even tried to tell us how much of a tip to leave! The worker at the Constant Grind Guita ice cream shop was very rude too! She left us standing there and she wasn't helping anyone else...we finally had to get the manager to serve us and she was AWESOME! Very friendly and courteous! Thanks Gana We only got 1 day of housekeeping

The hotel is very nice.

I had rescheduled my stay with booking.com from Saturday night to Friday night well in advance. This was not effectively communicated with the hotel. As a result, it took an hour for me to check in. I had to call booking.com. The hotel had to call booking.com. It was my wife’s birthday and this dilemma put a huge damper on the night. Honestly it was a terrible experience and I will probably not use your services anymore.
