The only complaint I have was the drain for the sink in bathroom was not draining correctly and the toilet did not flush very good ..

Beautiful! The grounds were beautiful and well groomed. The country club was convenient to the Lochness pool after we had already checked out. Jackie at the desk assisted us with our room location and was so nice and friendly. Rooms were beautiful, so clean, gorgeous view. The executive suite was huge and great for family game night and gatherings. It will be our new go to for trips. Just sad the spa was closed on Sunday. The only bad thing was no elevator. We had four rooms and two of them up in the 3rd floor. That’s the only bad thing out of the entire stay. The food at drinks at the Lochness were amazing. My family loved the water volleyball.

Tram service was good and so was free parking. Food at Parkers was great

Triad to get in our room before 4pm, but could not. They substituted a different room than our reservation called for; and that was at 3:30, like 4pm was "magic". I don't believe the chosen room was as good as it could have been under the entire circumstances

The property is surrounded by golf courses so it was nice and quiet. The employees are all very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful spa. Courses well maintained but prices are extremely high to golf there.

While the courses were nice and well maintained; they do not demand the high fees to play there. Food is expensive there as well.

Service, tram, food, accomodations, view were all amazing.

The towel policy for the pools was a little ridiculous; having to take a tram to the Loch Ness pool to get towels didn't make sense. Having towels available at the Pro shop by each pool would have been helpful or having them available when you check in. Also, please put full size coffee pots and coffee in the suites. Full size kitchen with a mini coffee maker was a little weird. We also had to call to have someone vacuum because there was food and garbage under the couch and tv in the living room when we checked in.

The property was very clean and nice.

I had messaged weeks before staying that we were coming there after our wedding for our night alone and again a couple days ahead. I had asked for something special to be done to room if possible and I’d pay if needed. Nothing was done or even noted. Got there and they gave random room that I had paid for so if you want anything done don’t expect it to happen.

We loved the overall setting. The grounds are beautiful and serene, full of birds and other wildlife and it is the perfect place to avoid the crowds even on a busy weekend.

As a family of four we extensively used the kitchen and lacked a few items such as oven trays, an ice rack, generally a few more utensils. Also our freezer didn't work and the fridge was not cold enough to keep the butter hard.

We were on the third floor and the building did not have a elevator. How can they not have a elevator with people carrying all our luggage.
