Breakfast, all day coffee, smart staff, clean, washer dryer.

Other guests sometimes too loud. Sound passing through their door into the hallway. Sounded like a gathering of hyena! Hotel should have signs on the front desk and in the rooms explaining common manners, respect and decent behavior. Sort of tips and advise for the undereducated explaining how to be respectful to other customers and staff. Everyone staying there should be insured of a peaceful rest. We drove 11 hours straight and felt disturbed by parties in other rooms

I didn't pay attention when booking that they accept guests from 3 pm. After a long flight, I wanted to check in faster. I was met by a nice girl who allowed me to check in an hour earlier. Thank her very much! The large and comfortable bed made me happy. Everything is cozy. Thanks to the entire staff of the hotel!

There was hair on the wall in the bathroom. Not critical, of course, considering that I was launched ahead of time. Maybe they didn't have enough time to clean the bathroom properly.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was very good everyday. We will be back. Nothing like a clean quiet room. Only thing I would change is the light & fan switch together. They should have a separate switch because the fan is to loud.

Front desk was not always staffed. Called receptionist several time before someone answered. Kerrigan was broken. It was replaced after second request.

Please swap this answer with the one above. We loved the breakfast. It had plenty of healthy options and naughty options to please everyone.

It was very clean! The staff was very helpful and personable. The breakfast was very good for a hotel buffet! The only real issue was that accessible room bathroom. You usually expect a roll in shower. This one had a tub that was too high to get in easily. In addition, you need to be a giant to reach the flexible shower hose. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, there was both a refrigerator and a microwave, and I asked for an extra chair that was brought to me immediately.

The location was cl8se to family members. The price was affordable.

The signage on main road should be larger and brighter. Also toilets are very low.I have hip issues and it was difficult bending down and getting up.

We were put in the Executive Suite, which was enormous. Bed was super comfortable and we had two large TV's. The A/C's worked just fine and the rooms stayed evenly cool. A Keurig coffee pot was a surprise and made me a great cup of coffee.

When we arrived at the property we had a confirmation number for booking but it couldn't be found in the system. Our name didn't come up in their computers either. L had booked a suite for a total price of $112.00 which included all taxes. Luckily we were able to get the room I spoke about above and it costs us a total of $154.29. I would never use booking .com again.

Considering Covid restrictions, breakfast was OK. Variety of bagels, breads, pastries, eggs, bacon was offered. TV remote was the true brand remote, not a cable substitute. TV channel offerings were good including several HBO channels.

Open up for self-serve breakfast including all previous items removed for Covid restrictions. Restaurants are open 100% in Florida so no reason for Covid restrictions other than a little more work required by staff.

The staff was very friendly. I would say they were genuinely friendly and helpful rather than being friendly because they had to. That is rare and much appreciated.
