Best Western Orlando Theme Parks

Very nice breakfast both mornings of our stay. My husband particularly enjoyed the waffles. The room was a tad on the small size but the bed was very comfortable. Very convenient to I-Drive and the Orange County Convention Center which was our main concern for the weekend as we were vendors at the Orlando Home & Garden Show. Will definitely consider staying there again.

The bathroom in our room(Rm 123)could use some attention. It was clean but could use some maintenance around the shower enclosure. The plate over the shower drain was completely detached from the floor and exposed the drainpipe. I let the front desk know when we checked out.

As you open the front door of this sweet little house, any stress from the drive that day is gone. How very welcoming and has all you need and more for a comfortable stay. As soon as we entered I said that I wish we could just stay here for 3 days and relax! The layout is perfect for a couple, the price is reasonable and the house was perfectly clean. It is a truly complete house so bring your groceries, including wine, and enjoy the atmosphere inside and out (because there is a private patio with seating area). For one night or several, this is a fabulous place to stay!! Thank you, Maria!!!!

All was perfect!!

Gregg was awesome both during check-in and when I had an issue with my key card a couple days later. The cleaning crew was stellar throughout. The free breakfast was better than expected. The location was very convenient for both the convention area and SeaWorld/Aquatica. The 111 and 350 bus lines were relatively convenient as I depended on them without a car.

Getting to and from Disney if you don’t have a car is a pain, especially on the front end before Disney Springs opens. There is no theme park shuttle. I imagine Universal is a tough haul by transit, too, despite the theme park nod in the hotel name. The stairwell area was kind of gross with stained carpets and holes in walls. The vacant lot nearby is a little worrisome. Traffic on I-Drive is intense.

We were allowed to check in early. And the breakfast and the breakfast staff were kind and friendly and provided a variety of options.

At night tiny roaches were coming out of the sink and the AC unit smelled like mold.

Great location, great options for breakfast. Everything was very clean.

I book this hotel specifically because they said the have shuttle to the parks, I even asked 3 weeks before my stay about the schedule for the shuttles and the answer an schedule for I don’t know what, because the DON’T have shuttles. That was very disappointing, I had to spend over 150 in rides and of course I wasn’t expecting this expense.

I liked the 24 gym, swimming pool open from dawn till dusk, tea and coffee available 24, iron in the room, comfortable big shower, Mickey's waffles at breakfast, spacy rooms cleaned everyday

The breakfast was good and the staff were very nice. It would be good if you had someone that understood english although. On the weekends extend your breakfast until 10:30 am.

The only problem with the breakfast was that my wife is gluten free and the website said that there Gluten free options and there was not. I would suggest getting gluten free option or removing that from your website and take the sign down in the breakfast area.

Very clean, comfy beds, great free breakfast and convenient to highways and theme parks.

No complaints with anything regarding property or staff. Unfortunately, you can’t always control people from doing their own thing. A non smoking room also means no weed smoking!

I liked the breakfast they had a nice variety of things. But my favorite was the yogurt machine. The staff in charge of the breakfast is very nice. The people at the front desk are polite and caring.

They forgot cleaning my room just one day. But they did cleaned well the other days, so 9 in total. I was totally satisfied. The people in charge of cleaning was nice as well.

The staff at the hotel was very nice, kind, and helpful. The cleaning colleagues always organized the room after us and clean towels awaited us. The breakfast was quite various, from yogurt to waffle, from salty egg food to bakery we had different morning meals. The ladies in the kitchen were working hard to serve us fresh food.

The rooms have that kind of hangers that could not be used outside of the closet (the top of the hanger only works with the closet stick). Therefore, if the guest wants to was out something, there is no room for drying that on a hanger.
