Mi Casa Hotel

The room was specious. The AC was cold..I looked the pillows which is a lot coming from me. I don't like almost all hotel pillows.

The front desk clerk told me upon check-in that breakfast ended at 930. I showed up at 905 to be turned away and have to buy my own breakfast. I booked this room justifying the cost compared to others with the free breakfast included. Plus the front of the room smelled like marijuana. It didn't in the hall just the front of the room. Plus the vending machine was broken as well as one of the ice machines.

When my cousin was trying to check in, he had a hard time, due to the rep. not realizing that the room was in his name and not mine. I wrote the hotel about this inconvenience too, but I didn’t get a response. I mentioned that I was at work and I didn’t have time to straighten out something that was already handled properly. Also, when he checked out, he mentioned that the hotel had his money tied up. I can’t speak on this part of his experience though. Overall, my cousin mentioned that his stay at this hotel was always pleasant. He has stayed here on another occasion, prior to this.

It was niche to have breakfast included. But they need to have 2 service stations. The line is outrageous to stands in for your food. It was so long the second morning we didn't even eat. We would have been in line for over 30 mins just to eat. And it's like that the while time breakfast is served. And they could add some bacon and a waffle pancake station. The room was nice beds comfy. But for the price was way over priced. When I think of a suite I'm thinking a private bedroom and a kitchen. Especially for the price we were charged. For a room like that I would have expected to payno more than $60-70 for it. Think what y'all charge is way over priced.

Consider expanding breakfast serving area. And the price for what you Consider a suite is way over priced. It was a regular rim that we usually pay $60-70 for. It was just a regular room not a suite.

The room looked clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and i loved the walk in shower. I also loved that i was near the pool and bar.

The parking lot was a little dirty (leaves and trash everywhere)... Trash cans where overflowing.. About the room....There was a little humidity smell to it even tho it looked very clean.... The light fixtures had rust and the rug was a little damp in front of the small fridge.. I also had trouble sleeping due to loud stomping on the floor above me. I notified the office but it kept going until 2am.

we loved it here! the staff was great and the people working in the pool bar were fantastic. we highly recommend the drinks and pizzas at the bar. rooms were comfy and the pool view was great!

other than a group of girls being loud and getting several complaints which the staff handled quickly. there wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. Maybe put better lighting at the entrance. it’s hard to see pulling in.

The staff is great from the front desk to housekeeping. They are one of the few hotels on booking that is doing breakfast and the shuttles to the parks unlike the Quality Inn at 8300 jamaican court that place is a joke. The bar at the pool has non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks and a great food menu.. Unlike the Quality inn on international drive 8300 jamaican court the bar there is a good spot to drink and forget that you are getting screwed

It's not walking distance to international drive you can walk to the hospital,Walmart and 711 but if you want to go do some shopping and go to icon park uber or drive your own car.. they say that not a pet friendly but there is cats all over the pool area the hot tub is cold too

Pool & bar was amazing vibe very friendly people. Check in was wonderful with us. Beds was comfortable,rooms wear clean!

Only issue we had was our hot water not getting hot for 4 hours. But they came up right away to check. Still didn't work but we was able to take showers in the morning. Had the kids take cold showers.

Amazing distance from Disney and Universal only 10 minutes. 3 minutes from Walmart. Great location for sure. Every time I asked for something very attentive including all towels. Most employees very welcoming. Had fridge and microwave.

The breakfast wasn’t much variety just egg, sausage , toasted and cereal with donuts all 4 days. Pull out sheet were a little stained but I asked for other and they gave them to me right away.

the property was really close to Disney World and Icon Park which was very nice

it wasn’t as clean as I’d like. And our door wouldn’t open with the keys so they had to change out the main piece for the card reader to work. they just need to update a few things and make sure everything is working properly

The staff were nice and the hotel offered breakfast and shuttles to and from the park. The beds were comfortable, they had clean towels in the room and at the pool. The pool was cool and the tiki bar was great. The quesadillas served their were especially good. I loved the steak quesadillas. The bar tender was friendly.

I wish the shuttles picked up earlier and dropped us back a little later for the parks. Cats roaming around.
