Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando Theme Parks

Very convenient location, close to Disney. Very friendly staff, very helpful, housekeeping was amazing. Pool was nice. Room was spacious and cozy, we had the 2 room queen suite and it was perfect for our 7 day stay.

Breakfast was included but it wasn’t that good, not a variety of choices and what was available didn’t taste very well to me. Also, I read a previous review about someone coming around trying to market while your attempting to enjoy your breakfast with your family. Well that also happen to me not once but twice, very annoying trying to sell you something while trying to enjoy breakfast just starting your morning.

Hotel perfect location to Seaworld

They didn’t have any quarters to wash your clothes, which is a bummer because CVS refuse to give customers out to the hotel guest I literally had clothes in the washer that needed to be dry. Front desk was no help. there should be a change machine if there’s gonna be a washer and dryer or I need to be more modern way to use your credit card. Or it should be free for your stay parking should be free nothing in my booking said pay for parking that’s not right I didn’t pay when I visited back in June 2019 hidden fees that I don’t like

Location of the hotel, cleanliness, breakfast was sufficient and varieties were there. Tea/coffee was available 24x7.

The final amount taken by the hotel was more than what I was supposed to pay. I was told they are taking security deposit at 10 USD per day which will be automatically refunded to my account within 3 working days and now its 2 weeks. In the bill the exchange rate mentioned is much more than the current exchange rate. Tried to contact the hotel through email, but the emails are bouncing back and not getting delivered.

Location was very good, went to attend Seaworld, within walking distance. The room was good, had plenty of space for my family of 4. Only downside was the sales pitch during breakfast, just trying to have a meal when approached by a memeber of staff trying to sell a vacation package.

Sales pitch during breakfast was a turn off. Did not like that parking was over $30 for two days.

Location, cleaninless, room type, facilities and manteinance people was very cool and helpful.

Sausage every day. Maybe ham one day ir bacon. We have breakfast out some days in order to change menu just a little bit. No cheese for kids to have a grilled cheese. I bought the cheese in supermarket and made it. But in general, very good and is very convenient. It is not good to take breakfast in hurry (your kid wants to be in the parks) and attending time share salesperson people at the same time.

The hot breakfast provided by the hotel was great. We felt the hotel was centrally located to all the big Orlando attractions we were interested in. Everything was within a 10- 15 minutes drive. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Someone serviced our room every day except one. We also enjoyed using the pool almost every day we were there.

There was only one day that someone didn't come to service our room. And when you're making meals in the kitchenette, those tiny garbage cans they need to be emptied every day. That is really the only issue we had.

Very nice rooms, beds, pillows, and nice to have a kitchen. Even the bedsofa was really good. We enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was ok. We really liked the free coffee and tea in the reception. The coffe provided in the rooms doesnt taste good. We liked the view to Seaworld, and the location right between Universal and Disney. The CVS and 7/11 nearbye are good to have, and the closest restaurant Bonefish grill in walkingdistance is really good.

Dont expect a high waterpressure, but that seems to be "normal" in the area. Not all days was the pool heated. We didnt get our roomfloor vacuumed very often, even when we asked for it, so our floor and carpets in room wasnt that clean, unfortunately (we stayed 15 days, so it was necesarry!) We had cleaning everyday, but they mostley took the trash, and gave us new towels. Bring your own pooltowels, the once they provide are very small.

The hotel was extremely clean. Our room was spacious and quite adequate for all seven of us. We liked the fact that each bedroom and the living room had its own temperature control. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and answered or addressed all of our concerns.

The wifi connection was a bit spotty throughout the hotel.

Great location. Staff was wonderful. Very clean. Warm breakfast available each morning and coffee available all day.

Our second day there, the living room t.v. stopped working. It took the repair person a few hours to check and determine he didn’t have the part needed to fix it. Next morning, t.v. worked fine but stopped again that evening. It was late when we checked and reported it. The next morning still no t.v. The employee at the front desk seemed surprised we were still having trouble and that the repair person hadn’t come. He changed our room for us and said he’d give a discounted price for our troubles. No issues the remainder of the stay.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was so friendly. Rooms lobby everything was clean and beautiful. We were there for 14 nights and we did not want to leave. We felt so comfortable there almost like it was a second home. The breakfast every morning was so great and I loved that each day it rotated some things out so it wasn’t always the same. Digital key was super awesome to use during the stay especially since I always forgot my key card! This hotel is so close to everything we wanted to do. Universal is right down the road and Disney is close by as well. CVS is right next door so if you need any essentials you can easily walk there to get what you need. I think this will be our new home away from home for all our upcoming trips. Can not wait to come back again!!
