Pool was great, good breakfast, very clean, very friendly staff. Got the opportunity to see that staff having a TEAM meeting - being a business owner I love to see the team work.

There were extra charges that where not stated in bookings. This is unacceptable.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and overall, my experience was quite positive. The room layout was definitely a highlight for me. The space was well-designed, creating a sense of openness and comfort. The decor was tasteful and modern, and I appreciated the attention to detail in terms of the furnishings and color palette. The room felt like a cozy home away from home. Cleanliness was another notable aspect of my stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my visit. I was particularly impressed with the immaculate condition of both the room and the bathroom. It's always reassuring to stay in a hotel where cleanliness is clearly a priority. One of the standout features for me was the access to laundry facilities. As a traveler, being able to do laundry during my stay was a huge convenience. It allowed me to pack lighter and keep my clothes fresh throughout my trip. This amenity definitely set this hotel apart from others I've stayed in. The hotel's proximity to restaurants was also a major plus. It was so convenient to step out and have a variety of dining options just a short walk away. Exploring the local culinary scene was a delightful experience, and I appreciated not having to travel far for a good meal.

One of my main dislikes was the early checkout time. While I understand the need to prepare rooms for incoming guests, it was a bit inconvenient to have to rush through my morning routine to meet the checkout deadline. The ability to keep luggage after checkout was greatly appreciated, but an access to a shower past checkout time would have been greatly appreciated. Especially as Orlanda reached all time high temperatures during our stay.

I liked that toilet and bath were separate in the room. That saved us lot of time when getting ready and managing needs with more guests at same time. Pool was really nice, I wish I could spend more time in pool area.

Complimentary breakfast was ok. I would suggest to add some variation in menu on different days. Remain within your budget but variation in options on different days will add more value to guest experience. Also there was no main course option for vegetarian people other than potatoes, yogurt , milk, cereals. Others could have eggs, meat but vegetarian options were limited.

having a hot breakfast every morning. I stayed here for a week and I wish there was more variety of breakfast items instead of the same old thing. I like the room set up . The bed and the couch or very comfortable. It was nice having an ergonomically desk chair at the desk . I like the window shades, it was very quiet in my hallway.

The icemaker on the 2nd floor was not working. I notified the front desk, after several days was operational. The sheets on the bed constantly keep coming off, and all the corners. They need longer sheets 15”-18” wide widths to make it stay. The dresser was in the closet with four drawers . There really wasn’t much room to hang your clothes. wish there was food to eat for lunch and dinner since I didn’t have a car! The bar food out by the pool just wasn’t appetizing!

We especially enjoyed the close location to SeaWorld. Very quiet location. The room was perfect for me and my two granddaughters. They loved being able to see SeaWorld from our window. We liked having a separate potty from the shower area. Pool area with food and beverages was a nice addition after returning from SeaWorld.

Would have liked a “freezer” section in the fridge in our room for use in our freezer. And a little bit bummed that the only coffee you can get at breakfast is to pay extra at Starbucks. Thankfully a small coffee pot was provided in the room.

Breakfast was very delicious. Staff was nice. There was a great DJ on weekends by the pool area that played good music and had fun activities for the kids. The treadmill at the gym was nice because I could keep my balance on it. The beds in our room were very comfortable.

The trash bins in our room could've been bigger, so we could fit more in it without having to use our own separate bag to throw trash in.

We liked staying here. We checked in very late due to our flight being delayed 3 hours, and the staff were still ready for us and made it easy to get into our room at 2am. We found the shuttle to Sea World super handy, and we used it both in the morning and at night to come back. The breakfast was so-so. Not the most tasty food, but we found some stuff we liked. There was no complimentary coffee so I had to buy coffee at the Starbucks inside the hotel, which was fine and tasted good. All the staff was really nice and helpful and this hotel was perfect for our visit to SeaWorld.

I liked the location; it was in close proximity to a number of restaurants/food chains, attractions, shopping outlets and even supermarket and stores (Publix, Dollar Tree).

I didn't like that despite the "every other day housekeeping (which I didn't mind)", they did not once vacuum our room for the entire length of our stay, which was 10 days. I didn't like this mainly because I have a one year old who is very much into exploring and constantly on the floor or picking up things from the floor.

We liked the Location and cleanliness! Friendly staff at Reception Desk. Very knowledgeable and willing to assist you in your needs. Breakfast on the next morning was a great extend to the price for our stay comparing to other hotels in the area.

Taxi cab from MCO to the hotel was $44.50 without tip and the next morning from the hotel to Airport - $32. They should have kind of approximate same charge. I understand it's nothing to do with the hotel. Food choices in Friday's restaurant nearby were excellent and staff was really kind and accommodating.
