Good breakfast and clean

The only issues is that they don’t have security system or safety cause like 10 cars were vandalized on Tuesday night (6/7/2022) and they’re not responsible cause it a complimentary parking lot they said and they don’t have surveillance video !!!! BE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE

Wonderful facility, Pleasant courteous staff; Breakfast was fantastic - wide array of choices! Very comfortable accommodations. Convenient location. Close to everything. Lots parking - they don't charge additionally for parking as some hotels do, which was great.

Elevator was down or having problems for part of stay. Facility has 4 floors :( There are 2 elevators; only 1 was operational. at times. Upon check in - we were told that breakfast was open until 10a on weekends. Which was incorrect. As a result 1 day we missed breakfast because we went down a little later by going after 9am.

The location, 10 to 15 minutes away from the Disney parks and Universal Studios. The room was comfortable and the shower was really good. the mattress could have been of a higher grade. is sagged a little. I like a firmer mattress with a memory foam top layer, that gives more back support.

The breakfast is very basic, not of a really good quality, and the times are from 6 to 9, even on the weekends. it would be nice if it were til 10am on Saturday and Sunday. There are too many people showing up right at 9, scrambling to quickly grab something and then the doors close.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and connected like we requested. Pool was clean and i was able to swim with my 3 year old Grandson. Disney Springs the 1st day and enjoyed lunch at T-Rex plus carousel ride and train ride! Checked in to a wonderful, clean, air conditioned cooled room! Walked to Sea World 2nd day, Loved our visit!

Did not like being charged $10 per night for self parking. Everything else was good.

The breakfast was amazing! Hot food and great taste, Me and my family loved it. The room was clean and so was the bathroom.There was a bus station/stop right across from the hotel that transports you around and not expensive. this hotel was really a great and enjoyable stay! I will be back very soon!

Breakfast was excellent all days, warm, variety, it was wonderful.

All the workers had a mad face on like if they did not want to be there. We like smiles or at least friendliness, this was not at all the case from any of the staff. Everything else was exceptional! My rating is based on services and facility not the staff.

the pullout couch was uncomfortable, and the hotel ran out of extra pillows and did not include any for the pullout bed for our stay. The staff was’t rude but they weren’t super friendly either. Our room didn’t have a bathtub which isn’t ideal for a family with small children.

Breakfast was delicious. There was something for everyone in my family. The room was very spacious. Unfortunately the suite with two queen beds was not available, but the king suite worked just as well. The hotel provided roll away beds for the kids. It was a clean, comfortable hotel room for a great price.

The location allows easy access to the different attractions of Orlando. The rooms were clean and hot breakfast was served every morning.

I did not like that I had to pay for parking and that breakfast ends at 9am. It could be extended to 10am.

Breakfast, Staff & Cleanliness Breakfast was hot and there was a variety, staff was very friendly but front desk was usually empty had a wait time and facility was very clean 4 min drive for Seaworld, 6 min from Aquatica, walking distance to Cvs, 7/11 and Bonefish Grill. Right next to a on ramp to I-4

The beds were HARD!!! Very uncomfortable good thing i got a bedroom with a pull out couch ended up sleeping on that, even the sofa itself was more comfortable and house keeping did not go to clean room in our 3 night stay. Had to constantly go to front desk to get things that should have been in room.
