I loved the location of the hotel. Housekeeping was on point.

I didn't like or understand your charges, why is there a charge for parking? If I pay 100.00 a night I don't expect to pay 12.00 a night to park. Why is there a 50.00 charge per night for staying? I never understood why business charge you refundable fees and it take so long to get them back. If you immediately taking my money you should immediately refund my money.

king room quite small and ours was in corner of building so we didn’t see sunlight at all. that said the huge Bed was super comfy. parking $15 a night is an unwelcome additional charge.

We loved the pool area, the breakfast, and our room! The bed was comfortable and we slept really well. The location was great, so close to SeaWorld and aquatica, and it was nice to have a shuttle to and from the parks. The breakfast had an awesome egg station and waffle station! It was a good variety of food.

While it’s nice to have a little store at the hotel, the prices were SeaWorld prices. $6 for a bottle of water, and so on. The prices were SO high. Also a charge to park our car at the hotel was ridiculous. There was plenty of parking, it’s not like it’s in the middle of a large city. Overall, the complaints aren’t that important. We would definitely stay there again.

staff was very friendly and helpful. rooms were clean and comfy and within walking distance to the parks or you can take the free shuttle.

I was a little surprised that you had to pay for parking at the hotel.

Lady at reception was friendly and courteous. Very clean place. Room with 1 king bed was very clean. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool area was clean and open till 11pm. Location is very close to Sea World, 10-15min from airport and has many restaurants and pharmaciesnear by.. Nice view from the 5th floor. Housekeeping lady did not speak english but eventually she understood what we were asking for.

Breakfast did not taste good at all. Menu did not have any bacon. First day hot dish was scrambled eggs, potatoes and Turkey sausage. Second day was scrambled eggs, potatoes and mushy corned beef. The food was very bland. Other options include boiled eggs, bread, english muffins, bagels, cereals, oatmeal, coffee, tea, juices. There was a waffle maker but line was too long. We went to Denny's on our 3rd day even though free breakfast is included with the room. There was a chlorine smell in the water from the sink. Parking was sometimes hard to find closer to the main entrance.

Was proposing and after them noticing the ring in the safety deposit box they went out of their way to look after us. Giving us an upgrade for all 9 days and in general the staff were really friendly and helpful which wasn't what we experienced elsewhere in orlando. Cant emphasise how much they really made our experience. Went to somewhere else the day before and left as it was awful but they really saved our holiday.

Breakfast was great The morning we was up early the next day. We didn't get up as early and couldn't get breakfast.... The pool was wonderful my daughter had a great time playing And being able to see the fireworks at night was a bonus

Closing breakfast down at 9am when some people isn't out of bed yet, so we had to go somewhere to get breakfast

Room was spacious, clean and very neat. Bathroom was properly cleaned with fresh towels. Breakfast buffet style was delicious with a good assortment of hot and cool choices. my kid loved the mini waffles station. Hotel location was perfect, across from the SeaWorld theme park and 10min away from all restaurants and touristic attractions, like the icon park on international drive. I will recommend this hotel. Didn't rated 10 because they charged for parking which I find ridiculous since it used to be free.

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and clean and was ready when we checked in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle to Seaworld was a plus. We liked the location.

Air conditioner was so loud it woke us up all the time. I'm thinking something is wrong with it. Thought the parking was free so we thought the $12.00 fee per day was high. Also we had a drink at the pool bar which stated $7.00 and once they added all these fees and taxes was more. You need to be more specific with the pricing and just state the real price.

1-checkin at 4 and checkout is 11. Unable to enjoy your pool with the family. Wanted to get sun and swim and not take an evening dip. 2-we came to eat at Buffett and while we were making our plates they started shutting down and taking away the food. Should extend hour to 10. And allow the families time to get all kids up and dressed to eat. Didn’t even have butter for the toast. Unplugged waffle machine while son was waiting his turn. Had batter ready and they turned off machine. Found that to be rude and inconsiderate to a child.
