Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at SeaWorld

Very clean and quiet room. I asked for a room away from the elevator and my request was honored.

The pool was closed for some kind of repair. No compensation for that was offered and even though we could have gone to a sister hotel, that was very inconvenient for us. I also heard the desk clerk tell another family that no transportation to a sister hotel was provided. Front desk clerk at check in was not very welcoming. We were expecting a little more, as we have stayed at this property numerous times both before and after the pandemic. We were also told that we could not get points on our Hilton Club card because we had booked with a third party.

Location. It is close to everything. Bonefish across the street. Sea world is nextdoor. Room was clean. The ac filters were clean. Smelled fresh the whole time. The food menu at the bar is small but varied. If you're tired and don't want to leave or pay for door dash, the bar dinner menu will do.

The bed was super firm. The shower head had scum and hard water deposits on it. $12 per night charge to park. No one asked for a description of my car, nor did we get a parking pass to show that we were guests.

We stayed here for two nights when visiting SeaWorld Orlando. The staff was super helpful to us. David went out of his way to escort us from our original room on the 2nd floor facing west, to another room on the 4th floor from which we could see SeaWorld. He also helped me with the login to the hotel's free wifi network, without having to register with the Hilton Honors program. I actually have an old Hilton Honors membership, but I left my card at home and didn't feel like providing all of that information again for the Hilton Honors program to market me again. He also helped me with questions about the nearby Bonefish Grill, and recommended getting our tickets to SeaWorld from their concierge desk in the hotel lobby. It was a real pleasure working with people who cared so much about guests. Thank you David! The breakfasts were good. I paid for breakfasts in advance when I reserved the room, so that saved me more than $20 over the two days that we stayed. We ate at the Bonefish Grill, where I had the best salmon and crab I've ever had in my life. We bought our SeaWorld tickets from the concierge desk and got a better price (which included a meal) than anything I saw online. SeaWorld is an easy 10 minute walk away, so there was no need to drive. There was plenty of free parking at the hotel. If we ever are in the area again, we would like to stay here.

The wifi was advertised as free, but when I tried to log in it was ambiguous about whether or not there would be a charge for it, unless I applied for a Hilton Honors membership. I do have an old Hilton Honors membership but I left my card at home, and I didn't want to provide all of my contact information again because I really didn't want any more of the marketing mailings that I had previously received from the Hilton Honors program.

The breakfast was very good. The location to Seaworld is easily walkable and safe as well. We will be staying here again.

The noise level in the late afternoon was very extreme. I’ve never stayed at hotel that the doors were slamming shut so loudly. I’m not exaggerating when I counted over 50 in less than 2 hours. I think it was staff cleaning rooms.

The most memorable part of our stay was the bartender Robyn. She was excellent. Me and my girlfriend had only ordered food, and she provided clean, fast, and friendly service that exceeded my expectations. I work in customer service, so I know exemplary service when I see it. Robyn was austounding.

I couldn't leave a review at the hotel. I wanted to make sure Robyn received recognition for her work, but I received no survey other than this one.

I was greeted by the most happiest and friendliest staff ever. The room was perfect for our family. My husband and I had a drink at the bar before bed and bartender was very attentive. I felt super spoiled my entire visit.

I felt the water pressure was a little bit weak, but it was a nice clean bathroom.

The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly at check-in! Everything was very clean but what we loved the most is that we could walk right to SeaWorld! Super convenient!

This was not the hotel's fault but there are not a lot of restaurant choices within walking distance. It's not a big deal but after a day at SeaWorld, a couple of little places just around the corner would be great. I believe the closest restaurant that was walkable is Bonefish Grill. We just hopped in the car and headed to Rocco's Tacos - a favorite!

The lady who checked us in was super nice, found an adjoining room for us which was awesome! The hotel was very clean (one of the things I look for) and the price was amazing compared to other hotels in the area. Being so close to Sea world was the best! We spent one whole day there and it was so nice at the end of the day to only have to drive around the block to go back to the hotel

My toilet was clogged once and they handed me the plunger to plunge it, I’m thinking because of Covid they don’t come in the rooms but I would’ve preferred the maintenance man doing it.

Walking distance to SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. Location felt safe. They allowed us to check in early for free and the room was super clean and staff was quick to answer our questions. We also liked that the bar had a cheap happy hour. We will be returning next time we are in Orlando.

No good food option nearby unless you used delivery service. Wish we could have walked to a restaurant.

Great location, great staff, clean, safe, great value.

My only complaint is that traveling with someone handicapped that although “parking” was close to the entrance, it was still quite a distance into the lobby and to the elevators for someone with mobility issues (walker vs scooter). The room itself was GREAT for handicap accessibility. Huge amount of room to maneuver a walker, wheelchair, or scooter in the room itself and the bathroom.
