Grand Beach Resort

The property was conveniently located less than 3 miles to the Disney park entrances. We have been going to Disney for years, and spent many of those years stay on property. I can tell you the drive to and from the parks was quicker from this location than some of the “on resort” locations I’ve stayed at over the years. I will definitely be back.

The cable and WiFi were out for about 24 hours. That was a slight inconvenience, other than that… everything was fantastic.

The size of the unit. Liked that there were 3 baths

The tile and grout needs a good cleaning.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for the family vacation in Orlando. Location is good as the resort is at the center of major attractions The resort is beautiful and we'll maintained. The staff tried their best to solve customers needs. The kids had a great time at the pool and baths.

The resort charged additional $122 as resort fee for our 4 nights stay which wasn't explained by booking.Com or the hotel staff before paying ahead . The rooms lacked daily housekeeping but cleaning tools were provided. It seems the resort wanted us to sort these things ourselves . The Hotel should endeavor to introduce guests to the facilities in their rooms. There was no valet on standby. The kitchen could use more utensils like a blender. The TV and channel selections can be upgraded. The main lounge fittings also needs upgrade.

Booking, room , location , resort , the facilities . Everything was amazing about the booking and exceeded our expectations.

Just the price we had issues with at check in . The booking.com site said $1500 owing at checking in Canadian but it ended up being $1800+ Canadian . When I called hotel to confirm before wee went , they said it would be $1500 and no extra charges . when we arrived , we where charged $16+ American extra per day . It would be nice to know up front the final price before going so there are no surprises. My family had to cancel one fun event due to the extra charge ,

Super easy check-in! Clean property! We were upgraded to three bedrooms with the booking engine "Booking.com" all amenities were in the room for a really nice two night stay. Plenty of parking on site and it felt safe and secure.

The concierge desk attendant was very nice, but its a pain sometimes to stop and be asked to "tour the condo properties". We declined because our days were already full.

The property was beautiful, quiet and in a very central location. There were many great amenities, including a mini-golf course, pools and a volleyball net. We sincerely appreciated the room upgrade at no additional cost and the washer, dryer and free laundry detergent in the unit. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The floors (both ceramic and carpeted) felt dirty. The ceramic floors were gritty. Were concerned about the sign warning of swimming in the lake because of alligators and snakes. Need to also caution of snakes when digging in the bushes to retrieve balls etc. Dish washer was tipping forward when the trays were pulled out and a bit loaded…risks dishes hitting each other and getting damaged.

I have been staying at this resort for over 19 years. It's well maintained,clean and there's many things for families to do onsite or after a park trip. They upgraded to a bigger room at no charge and we love the full kitchen,washer and dryer,living rooms etc it feels like a home away from home. Very close to all parks and shopping. Also no noise level for a fully packed resort. Very safe feeling. We will be booking another trip soon.

We spent great 6 days on a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very easy to get, reception was always available , and teh room facilities were great. Rooms are big, and clean, and whenever we needed help it was done on the spot ( getting towels, extra pot to the kitchen, help using the washing machine etc.) - so service is very good. Lots of parking close to the rooms. The location is very good, 15min from Disney, and easy to get from/to the hotel.

The hotel is a bit "old" .

The property is amazing this is our third time staying here . The property is so beautiful, well maintained .. you do need a car to get to major attractions, however a 15 min walk could get you fast food to fast food and a small plaza ..

there is nothing really not to like , perhaps offering cocktails and atmosphere a little more lively would work .. however if you are looking for quiet and peaceful this this is the prefect spot

The 3 bedroom timeshare condo was spacious and comfortable with good furniture in all the living and sleeping areas. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. All appliances are in the unit, including dishwasher, stove, and laundry machines. Pool area was clean and nice. The property was just recently merged into the Hilton Vacations family, so it was up to the national chain's standards.
