Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village

Lovely breakfast with free flow of coffee, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage, and even a waffle machine for yo to make your own Mickey Mouse waffles. The rooms are nice and large, with a drip coffee machine, and a mini fridge in the room. Wifi speed is very decent. It is a 20 minute walk from Vineland Premium Outlet mall. Basically there are 3 hotels within the same gated compound (1) Fairfield Inn & Suites, (2) Courtyard by Marriott, and (3) Springhill Suites, all three facing a roundabout with a fountain. Guests can access the facilities in all 3 properties. There is a 24H gym which is accessible via your room keycard, shops and restaurants on the grounds, and across the road, Just across the road is Mexas Tacos, an authentic mexican eatery which was recommended to us by a cabbie but unfortunately it was closed the very night we were free to try it. Right next to Mexas Tacos is the petrol station and a family-run convenience store that runs from 6AM to midnight, with liquor sales from 9AM only

Nothing to dislike, except perhaps, the rooms are not entirely soundproof and occasionally , a noisy person may walk or run past your door but it is fairly quiet generally.

Don’t like hidden fees like paying for Parking. I researched this hotel versus others that clearly SHOWED their parking fees. Extra fees Destination fees? Tacky on top of 12,5% taxes. Would be nice to have an extra blanket in the room. It is a shame that hotel rooms have basically been stripped because of thefts of items.

Breakfast is expansive in choices and really good! Beds were super comfortable and room was clean.

Booked through Booking.com. Booked king room and description said it was a king bed and included a sitting area. Photos of king room also showed a couch and sitting area. We did not have this. I was told it was not the hotels fault because I didn’t book directly through Marriott. Also parking is $17 per day. This was not on the Booking.com site. At checkout I was told I had a $25 hotel credit that I had never used. If I had been told this upon check in, I would have used it at the hotel bistro.

Excellent fitness center and swimming pool. Very close to Disney Springs and to Vineland Premium Outlet. There are two restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Everything about this hotel. From the moment you arrived til you checked out, the staff were there to help. The Room are so spacious and super clean. The hotel has a shuttle service to Disneyworld, Universal Studio, Vineland Shopping Mall, and Disney Springs. It is located close to everything even if you take the Uber, it's very cheap to your destination. The Pool is amazing, there's always cold water and coffee for the guest, I like that there's always clean towels available. The breakfast is amazing, they have everything from waffles, fruits, hot dish, yogurt, bread, juice, everthing you can think off. The price is very reasonable too. They gave us 10 bucks a day to spend on the Cafe downstairs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We are a happy guest.

The driver (african) of the Maingate Shuttle service going back to the hotel. Very very rude.

I think that the breakfast you offered guests was extremely good as it was included in your room price. The beds were lovely and comfortable and the room was a decent size

I find some staff aren't very good at helping visitors with tourist information, but I have found that in other places in America as well. So its just not your inn. I'm a little dissapointed in that staff don't exactly seem happy, but as I said that is a generalisation on what I have seen most places I have visited this trip

We liked the breakfast superb kitchen staff, location, some of the facilities, room cleaning everyday and some of the staff were very helpful. Ver comfortable stay, Location is also good to travel for all the theme parks.

The shuttle service to Universal is charged and the shuttle service is not at good time and the frequency is very less. Didn't like the shuttle service. There is a shipment handling fee, which was ridiculous.

The breakfast was great and plenty of choice and I want every day, although the wife who has dietary issues didn't except for having the milk. If melon was avail be then that would her suited. Location was great and ideal and the room was fine although I could have done with a small sitting area. The staff were fantastic and always happy to assist.

Parking charges excessive at 17 per day which I hadn't budgeted for so had to get my son to drop me in and out who was staying close by. The other issue I had was that on arrival I paid cash of plus 3k but still the front desk tried to take >500 from my credit card without my approval. Thankfully the bank blocked it. When I asked why I didn't get a successful answer but it meant possible fraudulent activity on my card so it was blocked and then had the hassle of getting in unblocked. Had to ask 3 times to get the sheets changed but that was sorted by the team leader/manager

I felt when I came in I wasn’t welcome like I’ve normally am. the gentleman at the front desk was very cold . I tried to do small talk and he wasn’t friendly at all. did not give my five dollar daily card to spend in the property. did not explain anything to me just the room my . card was blocked and it was denied . my husband works in different locations and if the bank see something weird they will block. . so I had to wait for the bank to send me the the text msg . I ve had work 16 hrs exhausted and drove up to spend the holiday with the family . I returned because I felt very comfortable and the staff was amazing. this time around was different.

when I’m paying a daily rate to stay at your resort why do I have to pay an additional 17$ a day to park there? And then a destination fee? Just put all the extra fees in the room rate instead of making it look like your rates are great then I get there to check in and you add the surprise charges…. Also the card you give for $5 a day to use at the hotel restaurants or hotel mini store is not a favor when I paid for it on my card. Then charge $5.40 for a water bottle/ 20 oz. I would rather keep my money & spend it where I want.
