It was clean, and they gave me a safe Box that I requested.

You must have breakfast ready at 6am because shuttle for sea world comes early and I couldn't take breakfast.

Good location , good breakfast , very clean. Staff polite and helpful.

Stayed in a room opposite the pool area , in the evening u u til 10pm some children were running and screaming playing u and down the stairs and landing. Had to ring reception at 1 am to complain about nearby guests drinking outside and playing music very loud. Near by guests were quite noisy most nights. When I complained to reception on checkout they apologised and i was told that they were not fully staffed at the moment. I said I had never stayed in such a noisy hotel!!!! Thought they should have security doing rounds at night to ensure the comfort of all guests staying at the hotel.

For the price the building was well maintained and the overall service offered was very good. The location is ideal since there are lots of amenities nearby especially the Disney parks which are just a few mins away(still need a car or take shuttle). The hotel is also connected to shuttles that provide free transportation to various parks such as Disney and Sea World. The staffs were very friendly and helpful and also very attentive to any concerns during my stay. Housekeeping delivered an amazing service and the rooms were always clean and the beds well made when coming back(used towels were also replaced with new ones and soap was also refilled). They also have a business section in the lobby that offers tickets for Disney parks and other attractions in Orlando for discounted prices. Free parking is provided and very spacious.

For tourists that don’t speak Spanish, there can be a language barrier sometimes since some of the staff didn’t speak English however all the staff that required interaction with customers spoke good English so that was not a major concern. There was a bit of water accumulation on the flooring outside during the night due to the rain sometimes which was a bit unpleasant when walking towards the lobby.

Amazing location near everything.The breakfast was amazing. The breakfast staff very friendly and always keep everthing clean. The cleaning staff overall wonderful. The breakfast had waffles,eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal. The coffee was very good. Great hotel for the value. We felt very safe.

No safe box and one of the bed was to firm for me. Besides that everything was very good.

I liked the layout it wasn't hard to find your room was very clean staff was friendly

I didn't like that when I went to breakfast I put the do not disturb sign on the door and when I was coming back the lady when is in our room cleaning we were only there for two nights there was no need for her to be in there while we were at breakfast and then we had to stand outside the room for about 15 minutes while she finished up. We usually don't have our room cleaned while we're there because my wife is allergic to lavender and most places clean with that

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Having breakfast included in your stay is a must-have, and they did. The breakfast had a lot of options. The waffles are the best, but the line for that is long. We waited till the end of our meal. The location to Animal Kingdom was the main factor for my choice, and it was great. Also, easy to find. I slept great. I had asked not to be on the ground floor and my 3rd floor assignment was perfect for me.

There was no hot water available in a timely manner. I was told,"did you run it for 15 mins. ?" Our room was distant from the water heater. I even had maintenance come by. I wish I had been assigned a room close to the water heater. Also, think of the wastefulness of a natural resource. It seemed to be an older hotel, but price was more important to me than "fancy." You can not have a good price at a newer facility. This hotel suited my needs.

It's a very well located hotel, very clean, with very quiet rooms... I recommend it to anyone who wants to go to the Disney parks... because in the rush of these parks you'll just arrive, sleep and wake up early for another park. The breakfast is simple but you can enjoy it, there are always the same options but I don't see that as a big problem. The staff are great and trustworthy, I didn't have any problems with my items one day and the room was always clean. The girls at reception are attentive. If you want a hotel to enjoy a hotel, look for a more expensive and more complete one. If you want a hotel to rest in a great location, this is the place.

Front staff was wonderful, especially Niccita and Andrew. Ladies who ran breakfast did an amazing job. Quality and great selection. Cleaning staff was fabulous. Everyone was friendly and very nice.

Elevator was a bit confined and seemed "old." Only used it the one time. (Carefully) Carried our luggage down the stairs from the third floor when we left. My young adult daughter's concern was that our outside door didn't fully close flush with the frame about a third of the way from the bottom. She was concerned bugs would enter. Fortunately, that was not an issue. Also, very early in the morning hours, there were men shouting there conversation back and forth to each other. Glad that was an isolated incidence.

We visited several times this hotel since years & as returning guests could follow the improvements and the efforts to keep the reached high level. Althought we recognized the changes in the staff but as the old staff supporting the newcomers was really delightful. The familiar kitchen staff and helpful maintenance/engineering ( Carlos) immediately solved when some small help needed. The reception I have to list Ashley , Miguel and all who were on duty and was ready to find the best solution for such sensitive travelers who really will be return soon,.....don,t worry guys......
