It had multiple pools for all types of families, our 4 year old had so much fun, also it was 1 mile from animal kingdom. lots of things to do even if your not going to disney but if you are you can Uber there it's so close. Lots of restaurants around, and a very international drive feeling to the nearest place in walking distance. We will stay there probably everytime we visit disney theme parks from hear on out.

The shop in the lobby had a lot of general merchandise and mediocre food, however it was so overpriced, $15 dollar for a gas station burger!!! That's more than Disney charges, and milk is $15 dollars etc, and it's so close to restaurants and a walmart (1/2 mile) it makes no since, and the owner is rude and unpersonable, also they don't charge the room or bring it to you. Avoid that place. Honestly it was the only bad thing.

Relatively close to Disney. Basketball tennis and multiple pools at facility. However, this is a timeshare facility, and they will try to get you as a member.

Timeshare property and wants a sit down to discuss buying into their facility. I am on vacation. not timeshare shopping

The property is in a great location for all the Disney parks, without being a Disney hotel. We really were only there to sleep, so it was a great deal for the cost.

We hated that they try to trick you into a lecture on a time share. After checking in, they send you to another person to get your parking pass, then that person lures you with a “gift” of a free stay or a $150 rebate in the form of a lunch with a timeshare lecture. But first you need to give them $40 to “hold your place”. It wasn’t until after I signed for the lunch, that I realized what they were doing. It was all VERY slimy and when we didn’t have the time to make the lunch we were just out $40! Also, the towels and sheets are HORRIBLE. They are so rough.

The size of the apartment,very spacious, amenities, the value, cleanliness, multiple pools, convenience store on property. Perfect location! 3 minutes from animal kingdom and less than 15 minutes to magic kingdom. in the middle of all the popular restaurants and shopping. Target, dollar tree, TJ Max, chic-fil-a, crazy crab, Olive Garden, shopping center less than 2 miles away. This is a hidden gem and we felt very comfortable with everything within arms reach when we needed food, extra clothes, etc.

elevators were old and outdated. the sensor caused the door to keep opening with every little movement. but the steps work just fine. only 2 floors of stairs

The staff was polite but Destiny was AWESOME ! She went above and beyond!! View from the balcony was beautiful Florida marsh land...

4 o'clock check in and 10 am check out is not right!! I understand that they have more people coming in but we pay allot for the room and deserve time to enjoy our stay. We were told we could check in early but forget that... Dont try until 4pm. Even then room was not ready.. But Destiny gave us a Beautiful room with a view... 19601A

The location to Disney was awesome. Nice pool with bar and light foods. Loved the Jacuzzi tub in suite after a long day of walking. Highly recommend!

It is not really walking distance to any restaurants or activities.

The pools, store, just a all around nice resort.

they charge you a $150 security deposit on a credit card and tell you it will release in 7-10 days It’s been 16 days.

The pools and the villa was really spacious for our family.

Can’t get a hold of the front desk they don’t answer the phones at all. The living room remote was broken and I tried calling and no answer. It took me to call them around midnight & they answered.

Nice property layout with good amenities

The check in process is not very efficient. I wasn’t able to check in until 6pm and had to wait 2 hours because my room wasn’t ready. This was after driving 12 hours so we were very disappointed. Also, online it says check out at 12p but it’s actually 10am. Also I seen dead roaches.

Very close to disney parks at a good price. The staff was very kind and helpfull. The room was very spacious with everything you need.

The curtains were very thin and officelike. very light in the morning. The matress was too soft. There is an extra fee to have your room cleaned.
