The Hot Tub when it was working. I had read some reviews about the hot tubs not functioning properly and contacted the property directly to make sure they gave us accommodations with a working hot tub. They gave us a unit with a broken hot tub that was cold and would not warm up after waiting several hours. I had specifically called 3 days ahead to make sure we had a working hot tub, we didn’t. They could not come on the day of arrival so we had to wait until the next afternoon before they could do the repairs. The location was good and easy to get in and out. The rooms were spacious and clean. The area was More like a community and was pleasant.

Everything was nice about the property. The only thing that really ruined the start of our trip there was the fact that I had specifically called the property to make sure they gave us a unit with a working Hot Tub. Some units have small pools and some have hot tubs. We specifically asked for a working hot tub by contacting the property ahead of time and still had a non working hot tub. It was a nice hot tub but it was freezing and would not get hot. We had planned on using it immediately upon arrival after out long trip down. We were very disappointed to find it did not work after all the effort made to assure it would be working upon arrival to the property.

Stayed 3 weeks: 1 – 15 August (2 bed lake view & hot tub) & 16 – 22 Aug (4 bed & swimming pool). Grounds were very clean & well kept. Staff were quick to respond to our requests/queries. Everything we needed was provided. It is a nice calming relaxed place to be after long hectic days in the theme parks. Will definitely stay again as the location to Disney, shops & restaurants is excellent.

We stayed before in 2016 & took into account Covid having an impact on our experience this time. Bedding was a mishmash of duvets on one bed & blankets on another. 2 bed lake view was obscured by a damaged sliding door - the unit needs renovating imo. The swimming pool at the 4 bed unit went green quickly (staff were quick to fix it :-) ).

Swimming pool, hot tub, friendly people, clean townhouse, good location for groceries and restaurants. I liked the door lock system.

Need washcloths in bathrooms, dish clothes as well. I wish the pool was open later not when clubhouse close at 7 pm.

Nice villa, hot tub, great location for Disney, relaxing gated community with a good club house and pool. Plenty of parking, you could easily live here.

It is a bit dirty, had to get the hot tub cleaned out and the villa looked a little old and needed decorating.

love the location and the hot tub and the space was roomy

house phone didn’t work, garbage disposal was dirty so little bugs were flying out of it , Tv in master bedroom didn’t work.

The comfortable townhome and the installations. With 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Ideal for our family of 5. Excelente place for families doing theme parks and resting in between.

After the check-in, I had to ask for extra blankets for the sofa-bed and twice for extra towels for the swimming pool (the townhome was prepared for 3 peoples). You should take in account the checking-in people when preparing townhome.

The location is near Disney Theme Parks The Townhouse size is good for family The neighborhood is quiet and has a lot of supermarkets around.

They are not transparent about check-in, we arrive at 4 and the villa was ready at 6 pm. They have no control over housekeeping and when they will finish the townhouse cleaning. Another thing they are rude to customers.

lovely clean apartment, lots of space for the kids to relax. There was an outside area with a hot tub which the kids got great use out of. I would strongly recommend for families, however you really need to hire a car as its 30 minutes to Universal and traffic is mostly heavy, Disney is closer.

It was quite a commute to the parks from this location, traffic was always heavy.

The pool was good - The AC was very good - The parker's where close

The beds were very uncomfortable - All of the cabinets did not have handles to open them we had to use a knife to open them - The dryer would not dry correctly we had to use it twice or three times to dry the clothes - Also one of the TV in my girl room was locked I called the office they send a maintenance man he fixed it the next day it went back to lock I asked the maintenance man if I could have the code and he did not tell me anything.

It was an updated unit and fully stocked kitchen supplies, plenty of dishes and pots and pans. It was in area that was close to so much.

Although it was an updated unit there were a few issues.. blinds were missing on the sliding patio door. The couch was peeling.. our dryer was broken, it wouldn't heat up so it took forever to dry a load of clothes. They didn't offer any baby gear like other resorts. Last issue was it was supposed to be a gated resort but the gate was left open several nights without any security.
