The hotel is located very close to Disneyworld, the breakfast is included and is decent. It's clean and the staff is friendly. Excellent choice for a family vacation at Disneyworld

The room was older and the AC was noisy, but everyone was super nice and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was fine. 3 out of 5. There was plenty of hot water and the AC cooled very well. Beds were comfortable and the cleaning staff did well. There was a refrigerator, microwave, coffee, maker and a safe.

Breakfast was fine. There are lots of choices, but the eggs and ham were awful. The toilet didn't flush very well. The shower handle was loose. And the AC was loud. Tight quarters with the way the furniture was arranged, but the couch and table could be handy for some people.

Location its excellent, surrounded by food stores and supermarkets. The breakfast variety was complete, and we did not had problems with not enough space. Elevators were always available! Got a package without any issues, they checked ID and asked me to sign.

They have a shuttle service to the parks that parks every night at around 1 AM on the front of the hotel with the engine running for around 40 mins. That's very unpleasant to have a good sleep.

The location, pool, staff were friendly & helpful - would definitely stay here again! We loved this place! They offered coffee & tea 24/7. I wish they’d kept the milk/juice available too.

Breakfast was disappointing - the eggs tasted really bad. But, the pancake machine was really cool! and they were good! slow to no internet service/connection in our room even with WiFi on but not that big of a deal to me.

Big room, nice staff, we always had clean towels. Eggs, oranges /bananas for breakfast, and the machine to make pancakes was cool. Courtesy cookies between 4pm and 7pm. Many options of restaurants, Walmart, CVS, gift shops, gas station at a close drive (5-10 min). Free parking.

Breakfast was simple (no cheese or ham to put on bread), no bacon, few bread options. The location wasn't as close to the Disney parks as we expected (10 min to Disney holliwood Studios, the closest park, by car without traffic, but coming back at the end of the day took 30-40 minutes because of the heavy traffic =( To magic kingdom and universal parks it also took nearly 30 min without traffic, but there usually was traffic if we left the hotel around 8 am and left the parks around closing time: 9-9:30pm... The shampoo and lotion were nice, but the soaps were 'hard', not very creamy /soft to use.

Breakfast was excellent , hot breakfast always replenished … we are early risers so went early to avoid the crowd which was indicated on posters to do so . The room was clean when we arrived we asked for fresh towels after few days being there and cleaning staff we’re prompt leaving them in our room .Pool area was always clean always had plenty pool towels .

Had a few loud talking people in our hallway late at night ( after midnight ) only happened one night in our 7 days stay . But then again you’ll always see those disrespective people in all hotels .

The convenience of having breakfast available was great. However, the eggs were undercooked on most days. It would be good to add some ham or bacon to the menu instead of sausage which was offered daily. It would also be nice to have some gluten free options and sugar free jelly/jam. The staff was very nice! Every staff member in our passing spoke to us and wished us a good day. Favi, front desk, was super friendly at check in and answered all of our questions. The warm cookies every day was a nice touch. The lobby was very clean and smelled clean and we loved that they have quiet hours from 9pm-7am!!!! Guests were very considerate as well.

There seem to be a lot of moisture in our room. We were there from Sunday - Friday and on most days if we didn't keep our suitcases closed our clothes felt a little damp and there was a smell in the room.

Breakfast was ok, with a pancake maker, eggs (varied between scrambled with ham and folded omlette with cheese) and sausage patty or hash brown patty as well as some other items. Coffee was offered 24 hours in the lobby. Cookies in the afternoons in the lobby. Room was nice and had an extra table, chairs and a couch. We had to move chairs and table a bit though, to find space for all of our luggage. Location was good and close to the Disney Parks.

Not related to the hotel, but to the area: The main street does get backed up at times - also at 10 pm when coming from Disney we had to wait in thick traffic. Many of the nearby food places closed at 10 pm already, leaving fewer options to grab a bite after watching the park fireworks.

The hotel was very clean. We were constantly seeing workers cleaning. Location was awesome. So close and easy to get to parks. Cvs was within walking distance if you needed anything. Loved that the cleaning staff arranged our kids stuffed loves we brought, to surprise them when we got back from Disney. It was a super special touch. Cookies were yummy too!

The hotel charged me more than what Booking price was. The worker spoke so low and not well english, I couldn't understand what she was saying when I was surprised by the price. It was only 10 more dollars but I feel like it was deceptive. Also, plumbing in the room was not great. One sink did not drain at all the other dripped if not careful with handle.

Where do I start? We just spent 7 nights here at the hotel during the Thanksgiving week instead of booking rooms at the over-priced Disney resorts. It is probably the 2nd best decision I had made in my life (second to picking my wife). It made our lives so much easier during the gruesome(but fun) week at the Parks during Thanksgiving week(yes, there are people EVERYWHERE). Great customer service from front desk to cleaning crew to maids. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Central location, Super close to Disney parks and Seaworld. This is crucial because we took short rides back to the hotel mid-day when Disney parks are full and kids are tired. Walking distance to CVS, IHOP, and restaurants so we don't have to spend too much money on Uber since we didn't have a rental car. The cleaning crews do a fantastic job cleaning up the room and restocking clean sheets every day so we came "home" to clean beds and bathroom. And yes breakfast is included every day to fill the family up before the day start. Granted it is not the best breakfast I had at the hotel but it is hot and convenient. Onsite washer and dryer so we can recycle clothes when they got wet and dirty. Did I mention there are free cookies? This is just icing on the cake for the kids after a long day. All in all, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for years, considering the price we paid. I travel for work from time to time and have stayed in much more expensive hotels and this hotel honestly can rank in the top 10. While it may lack the amenities and luxuries of 4/5 star hotels, it is created and managed with care and thoughtfulness. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all my friends. To me, it is a much better choice than expensive Disney resorts.

If I have to nitpick: The HVAC in my room keeps blowing air nonstop. Can get noisy sometimes. Breakfast is pretty basic and can be repetitive if you stay longer than a few days.
