This is a valued hotel that I would definitely recommend to my friends. The bed is comfortable. Everything else is good, worth every penny that I paid for. I would like to add a little comment to the pool that there are tons of insects in the pool. It’s not hotel’s fault because it’s outside but I just want to let you know. I will come back to stay here in September for LEGOLAND for sure. Location is great. It’s in the middle of the town surrounded by tons of restaurants, convenient stores and everything that you need but it’s unbelievably quiet which is what I need the most!

Great location--5 minutes from my daughter and about 15-20 minutes from Disney. Also happy with interior corridors. Friendly staff.

The room felt damp when I arrived, but once the AC was turned on, it was fine No ice bucket or glasses-luckily I had a water bottle for brushing my teeth.

17 night stay over Christmas/New Year. Wanted affordable but comfortable family accommodation in close proximity to Disney parks and this place met the bill perfectly. Quiet room on top floor at the back of the building was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ample free parking. Outdoor pool looked nice but unable to use due to cold weather. Heating worked well on the days it needed to as did air-con. McDonalds just next to the hotel was helpful after some late park returns. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

A little away from most restaurants but not an issue with a car (strongly advised). Laundry was useful but had to plan our days out to fit around the daytime only opening hours! Somewhere to hang clothes that couldn't be tumble-dried would also have been useful.

Inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area, 30 minute drive from Disney and Universal, friendly staff. It does the job if you are looking for a couple of nights to stay and want to save money. McDonald's, convenience store, and pub nearby.

In one room the towels were not clean, bathrooms not cleaned well, but in the second hotel room everything was good. Poor lighting though.

Amazing staff at the lobby, really much nicer than most facilities. Really great people.

Tha cleaning crew never checked our room during the 5 day stay. We had to put the soiled bath towels and wash cloths in the floor in the hall to be removed, no clean ones were replaced. We had to go to the lobby desk daily for clean bath towels. The trash was running over in the bathroom and bed/sit room and never checked. Tha shower was not as clean as it should be, but acceptable.

The room was comfortable. There was a TV with cable, small refrigerator and microwave oven. Air conditioning worked great. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We just stayed one night and basically used the room to sleep in. We've stayed there before and when visiting the Disney area you tend to be sight seeing and not in the room all day so this is the perfect place to stay. It is close to Animal Kingdom and lots of restaurants and stores on highway 192.

The shower is small and outdated but it is functional and clean. Prior to arrival we received an email that the front desk was not staffed after 11:00pm...so basically if you arrived later than 11 you would not be able to check in. This was not an issue for us. If it was an issue, I'm not sure how they would handle it.

The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was very good and provided daily towel service along with room cleaning every few days or upon request. The hotel management and desk staff were also very good and went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Far better than anywhere I have stayed in the US in the past few years. 5 starts for Destiny Palms.
