- Contactless check-in process was a breeze! Easiest ever - high-tech verification process with super helpful humans at the 800# if needed. - Responsiveness to last-minute booking request - Impeccably clean & new appliances - Non-carpeted floors were refreshing - Showers were great - nice, roomy, modern, good pressure - bathrooms are big - Quiet area - apartment feel, especially with the large patios - can walk to grocery store

NONE of these were big deals and would not deter me from a repeat stay; we were one of their 1st guests so some of this feedback may not apply in the near future: - Scant info on how to access amenities (e.g. Vista Cay pool/clubhouse....where is it? close enough to walk or should we drive?) - No TV's in the bedrooms (but hookups are on the walls) - Kitchen dining area was cramped - a lot of tight squeezing was going on to maneuver around each other - Stacked washer/dryer: hard to reach controls at top of dryer - I'm 5'2 :-/ - Seating (sofa & dining chairs) was sufficient but not very comfortable - it was modern chic rather than a comfy-cozy feel

Very nice apartment close to my business conference location I had to attend Overall it is nice and well stocked apartment comes with relatively good rate compare to other places Easy to get in and out with no human interaction during our 4 night stay

Walls are very thin or no insulation. You can hear even normal TV sound from other room. My kids were complaining about my snoring when I spent one night in the living on the couch when they were in the room next to living room Pool was locked and had to make few calls to get it open even though one of the main reasons was to rent this place was pool since I was traveling with kids It took sometime to figure out that I has to use two remote for living room TV since main remote doesn’t have power and volume

Absolutely lovely place. great location, very close to a lot of attractions, restaurants and shops. I would definitely record for families and individuals who want to stay close stop theme parks. there's a nail salon, publix, spa and some restaurants right next door.

The only thing I'd suggest which would be a massive help is if the accommodation had a place to store luggage for guests before and after checkin for a few hours. That would've been helpful. Other than that, super nice staff and lots of other great amenities.

location is next to grocery store and couple of other things apartments was spacious and had nice size kitchen the apartment was on the ground floor so its was a breeze to run out and run in 2 bathrooms which was really nice good size TV big washing machines big dryers

no hooks of hangers in the bathroom for hanging wet towels or shorts the lights we’re not sufficient for some reason even during daytime the place was a bit dark for my taste water pressure was not up to standard a bit weak the shower head was not convenient I would rather use the microphone type shower to wash the children as after washing the children I would end up soaking wet because of the over head shower

My family and I liked everything about our stay. It was a much larger place than we expected. It was clean and well stocked. It was also in a great location, and convenient to Disney and Universal. We also received quick responses when we had questions or needed assistance.

The only thing I can say that didn’t work for us, is one of the soap dispensers in the shower didn’t work. It was no big deal bc we had our own soap. If that’s the only thing that didn’t work for me, it says a lot considering we were there for 6 nights. It was so minor that it didn’t bother us!

Very nice apartment with all we needed as our home base for an Orlando holiday. Nicely decorated, very helpful staff.

I found the check in process invasive and pushy. After I booked (weeks ahead of our stay), I kept receiving notifications till I completed a check in process including scanning a photo of my face, even though it was so early before check in. Some will cancel during this period and having my personal information during this time so long before we arrived seems unecessary.

Check-in/out was easy. They have a cart inside to help with luggage, which was nice and useful. The suite was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had fun at both pools at the property.

Apparently, I stated a preference during booking for a quiet room. To be honest, I don't remember doing that. However, I would hope that all rooms are reasonably quiet. That being said, one of our bedrooms was situated directly next to the elevator and the elevator mechanical room, which created noise every time someone used the elevator (relatively frequently; sometimes 2-3 times in a minute). I recall hearing the noise while trying to go to sleep around 10-10:30pm on Friday night and hearing the noise at least a dozen if not more times in that time span, so it was pretty frequent and loud enough to notice and be disturbing. The staff was kind enough to drop off a noise machine and earplugs for me which I did appreciate.

Perfect for a family with kids: two bedrooms with two bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, supermarket around the corner, two pools, close to all the main parks (yet away from all the stress). Need one say more?! Also: clean, quite neighbourhood, well kept property.

Disliked the fact that one is forced to download the Sonder app, create an account and upload one’s ID/passport. The actual app turned out to be quite good, yet I do not agree with the accommodation’s persistence on having to join their Sonder community.

I loved everything about the property. Was located about 10 mins away from Volcano Bay. Publix was a short walking distance. The 3 bedroom we rented was very spacious. Check-in was super easy, no wait and no contact. Codes were provided for gate and unit entry. Toiletries, utensils, pots, pans, washer and dryer, laundry detergent was all provided. Literally, all you have to do is bring your clothes and toothbrush. The property is well managed and very clean. Elevators, hallways, and unit always smell fragrant. We were provided with a code for the essentials room to get more towels when needed. I will definitely stay here again and cant wait to go back. Its a home away from home, whenever we head back to Orlando. My kids wanted to stay longer. Its the best hotel for our family of 5.

Everything was great. The apartment was really spacious and well equipped. Location was perfect: 10 minute drive to Universal Studios and walking distance to nearby Publix, restaurants and cafes. Check in and check out were very smooth and the chat option for reporting any problem was really prompt and helpful. The kids enjoyed the amenities big time (pool, gym and game room).
