Extended Stay America Suites - Orlando - Southpark - Equity Row

The rooms are VERY CLEAN and smell great. The hallways smell good and non of that stinky dirty smell or drug smell. The beds are comfortable and the TV channels have everything.. I use WIFI and it's very good.. This location is quite and safe and do not have lingering people or anyone loud or fighting like the other ESA properties in Orlando.. The staff are amazing and always happy and greets you with warmth and care. I booked this location for a year because of the exceeded expectations and there IS NO BUGS OF ANY KIND here.. I am in the KING DELUXE SUITE...and it's just like a nice apartment.. I highly recommend this location for short term or Long term stay.. And they give you better deals when you book for 6 months or longer and you pay by the week if you call the 1800 number.. This location is across the street from Walmart,gas stations and restaurants and easy access to attractions and the Florida Mall I have my own towels and bedsheets and things but they provide very clean and no stains or left over people's hair ,towels and very white sheets.. I booked and stayed at 2 of the other ESA locations here in Orlando and checked out the next day due to the disgusting rooms and people hanging around the hotel BUT THIS ONE IS GOD SENT... 5 minutes to Florida Mall 10 minutes to Sea world and other attractions 6-7 minutes to I Drive 11-13 minutes to Airport.. GREAT LOCATION

There is nothing I didn't like...

Comfortable bed, spacious room,

Needed more outside trashcans to dispose of pet waste. Better maintenance of motel grounds to clean up trash and cigarette butts. Having guests rooms in same area as residents. Should keep overnight guests in a section of motel separate from residents.

The room is amazing and comfortable. It feel like home

We had bugs in our room, dirty under the bed the stove burner one is work.. but I'm not to complain..

I like the hotel room.?It big have great amount of space. I like the atmosphere and the location. It right next to the shopping store at the shopping center and Walmart. It have McDonald locate near hotel and a Burger King.The front desk staff very nice. Maria have a nice personally. Very friendly. I rate her a perfect 100 %. Outstanding in all area.Orlando a beautiful place. It very quiet hotel. It locate near interstate.I will recommend guest to this hotel. I rate them A+.In all area. The hotel is very clean.Friendly staff members.Go see for yourself. Manager very nice too.I like Extended Stay of America

The property was in a Good location. Close to malls, attractions and many other places for entertainment.

The bathroom had a funny smell and you had to go to the front desk to ask for dishes if you want any at all.

The warm welcome from Maria, whom also ensure that our short stay was comfortable, Employee like Maria would always keep your door open for business, I would come back for the location and friendly staff

More sitting area for guest that has to wait for their room, The front desk can use an update, The carpet need to change,

Have own food. That's why i chose extended stay, because of its kitchen

More cleaner front, door area, security, front Desk agent to know how to give directions to Hotel. Know the areas surrounding to welcome guests. Tourist attractions or, just passing through.

The staff. I have to say because of them it made it all worth staying there. Me and my kids felt at home. We met some really amazing people and that I will always carry with me.

How prices changed all the time for people that stayed there living for long periods of time is crazy. I think if you living there it should have a set price.

Room smell of smoke and frying oil. Roaches in the room. lumpy pillows and rough bed feel spring. Stayed up all night. Nothing in the room. Covid 19 reason and we had to go down several time to ask for things, such as utensils cups and plates, because phone was not working at all. dead phone.

I loved my stay at Extended Stay. It surprised me because i didn't know about that place and yet it provides everything a traveler needs especially travelling with pets.

I wished the free wifi was better so I could have kept my teaching schedule
