SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Convention Center

Our arrival was early morning and was very tired. I know that the check in time is 3 pm but I just inquire if any room is available. I forgot her name, but the lady in the front genuinely accomodated us without any promises. She was kind enough to offer us a room and we were very thankful. The breakfast is great! The rooms are dated but clean.You need to call the front office for room service. On the last night, we arrived late, lost my phone and was returned to the front desk. We were given some bagels early morning by this kind lady for our early flight.

Nothing!...we were just hoping for complimentary drinking water bottles in the room.

It was great experience overall. Staff was good. The lady on desk she was great to help I needed. Elevator time to go seventh floor was pretty lengthly. And in the floor lobby , I notiched dead Cockroach for contineously 5 days in the floor lobby. Breakfast was also good with the price. I am happy with whole stay more than 3 days. I would come again.

Cleanliness was not very excellent. Specailly in the lobby and carpets. Elevator was very slow. Some time we had to wait very long to go upper floors.

The room is well furnished and big. Pool is average and ok for a couple of hours in the afternoon. We had 2 rooms booked and 1 had no A/C working, the management tried to solve the issue were extremely helpfull on getting it sorted, we appreciated it. We loved the coffee station always available. The location was perfect for our needs.

Breakfast could be improved. The line is small for the amount of guests turning up for breakfast. Not much offer, 2 mornings in the raw the fridge with yoghurts was empty.

Walking into the lobby the entire hotel smelled fabulous! The reception area was clean, and the staff was amazing. I travel a lot and stay in Orlando at least once a month. This was my first experience at this particular hotel due to convenience location and I was so impressed. The location is prime! the room (suite) was big and clean. The breakfast choice was excellent. I will stay at this hotel again for all my future business trips. Every staff member from the reception to the breakfast team were superb! Perfect Experience!

Coffee, breakfast, price, parking, fridge and microwave.

Mattresses were too soft, I slept (or should I say tried to sleep) in a "V" shape. When we tried to watch movies through the free Showtime app (or Starz, I can't remember), they would pause every few seconds to load, making it essentially a non-service.

I liked the proximity to our house because we are having some repairs made and needed to be away from the property but close enough to be able to get there in a short distance of time for the workers.

The toilet is too low for a couple of older adults and there was no overhead light in the bedroom. The only light in that room is the lamp on the table between the two beds.

Nothing to complain about at all: good location, a little off international drive but a short drive to it (or walk if you are fitter than me), fitness centre, good free breakfast, friendly staff, clean & a massive room.

Only one lift in action currently and the cleaners seem to make it stop on every floor so you are waiting a while for it to arrive.

Clean, friendly staff, they changed the teas/coffees in the lobby to different flavours depending on the time of day which is a thoughtful touch! Located close to everything. Buffet Breakfast was also enjoyable.

While I read that they had a usd10 charge per day for parking, It would have been nice if this did not apply to hotel guests.

the staff was excelent from the front desk to mantainance always are there to help you with any problem.Iam disabled and never before experience a group of herperful staff,the breakfast room manager go extra mile to help me anytime during breakfast time

the facility need some repair and updates

The room was spacious, and the bed extremely comfortable. They had a huge breakfast area with plenty of seating. Their main breakfast options varied daily, and there was a nice selection to choose from. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay their again.
