Clarion Inn Ormond Beach at Destination Daytona

It had everything I needed for my Welcome To Rockville trip. Bonus point for giving me early check-in so I didn't miss bands that played early. Staff was super friendly, even when I arrived 2 minutes before breakfast ended. Breakfast was great. The room was your average 2 queen bed, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Exactly what I needed. It has a 24-hour Love's / Arby's right next to it, which was super useful when I arrived late at night. The Internet was super fast. It has a biker vibe all around, which is neither good nor bad for me, but probably fun for someone that rides. I would have loved to check the Saint and Sinners pub, if I didn't arrive so late each night.

We left before breakfast so we didn't get to try it. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the sheets were super soft!! It was also easy access to the interstate!

I have no complaints about the facility. It was a perfect stay after a long day at the beach before heading home to Tennessee. The only thing that could be better is access to the hotel parking lot from the highway. It was a bit of a maze to get to the front of the building.

Lady at front counter was very nice. She immediately replaced the iron that did not work in my room. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. We ate at Longhorns and it was great. Felt safe at the hotel.

They forgot to put an ironing board in my room. Also, I found out there is a large bar on the bottom floor and this may get loud if they are open when you are there. Also, the handle on the bathroom toilet broke off unexpectedly, but I don't blame them for that as how could they know?

perfect location

-the bar did not keep the hours posted -the breakfast that was posted on the sign in the lobby was not what was offered -the elevator was broken and breakfast was on the 3rd floor. I’m not able to climb stairs. it was very frustrating

There was no breakfast only danish and coffee so we did not bother to go down.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. It was a long distance from the front desk to the handicap room and when I asked if we could use the back door at night to get in, the desk clerk did not know. The telephone did not work so I had to call the front desk on my cell phone.

We loved our stay here! Very clean, comfortable and the staff was amazing. We are definitely coming back to the Clarion. The beds were super soft and cozy, the room was spacious and I especially appreciated the washer and dryer in our room. I can't say enough how we enjoyed our stay there. Definitely recommend staying at the Clarion, you won't be disappointed.

It was very clean and comfortable. Good location right at the interstate exit and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. Easy drive to the beach. Staff was very helpful and informative. Any issues very quickly resolved! Beds were very clean & comfy, bath very clean & always had hot water. Tons of parking!

The room had a terrible odor.

The location was amazing.

The walls of the hotel were disgusting. The rest of the room was cleaned. But the walls and doors and door frames need to be power washed. Even the thermostat.

The staff was amazing and helpful. The place was very clean and the rooms were really nice and spacious. Very comfy beds.

Because of COVID there was no breakfast which wasn't listed when I booked and was something I was looking for travelling with kids. They did offer pre-packaged danish which was something.

THE ROOMS WERE GREAT THE PLACE WAS QUIET. THERE WAS RESTURANTS AND BAR ONSITE WHICH WAS NICE. THERE WAS ALSO SHOPPING AREAS WALKING DISTANCE. THERE WAS A 24 HOUR STORE WALKING DISTANCE THIS WAS A GREAT PLACE TO BE. THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE IS WE WERE ABOUT 20 MINUTES FROM THE BEACH.

THE ONLY THING I DIDN;T LIKE IS ALL MY FAMILY WAS SCATTERED OUT ON THE PROPERTY.
