Comfort Suites Panama City near Tyndall AFB

For the most part, it was very good. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was able to help with a few accommodations that were needed.

There were 2 things that disappointed me with the hotel. Firstly, it was stated that the facility had a hot tub. With my son playing in a sports tournament, we were looking forward to him being able to soak in the hot tub to help his muscles. Secondly, the website clearly stated, "Pay at property." The morning of our arrival, we received a phone call from the property threatening, if we didn't pay at that time, our reservation would be canceled.

Breakfast was great, plenty of options for everyone. It is a continental breakfast and it was plenty fine. Coffee was great, you can make your own waffles, juices, fruits, yogurts, cereals, eggs, bacon, toast etc. We were traveling through from Destin to Dog Island, Florida and this was our halfway point. We stayed here because it was close to groceries that we could get first thing in the morning and any additional supplies before we needed to catch our ferry. Would stay here again as it was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms could use some updating, but I think EVERY place could use updating.

No complaints.

This correct hotel is located far from the city center. we booked a large double queen bedroom with Sofa and it was comfy enough to accommodate our family of 4. the room came with a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee machine. the cleanliness was correct despite the hotel is becoming a bit faded. We highly appreciated the swimming pool that was really well heated (probably around 28 degrees Celsius). the breakfast was good with warm waffles and good eggs. you can buy few food items at the counter (pasta meal...)

be aware that the Jacuzzi on the pictures does not exist anymore. this Hotel is fading and would need to be revamped soon. the beds are not at the comfort level they should be. the pillows were far too small. the Sofa Bed is not usable without additional bed pad.

There was a very friendly and helpful staff during out stay. We appreciated the human interaction with people that really cared about giving good directions and recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Much better than just doing a search online!

I can't really say anything wasn't beyond or at least up to expectations this trip. I would go there again to stay, and even recommend it to friends and family. The weather could have been better, but that's not up to y'all or us anyway.

Disappointed that a place which costs $200 a night has roaches! Saw only one, but now I'm concerned about what might have crawled into my suitcase during the night and I'm bringing home with me.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was also a nice selection and the location was blocks from my friends house so it was perfect to me. My family also lived the pool.

Even though we listed as having 4 guests we still had tp request bedding for the pull put couch and that was frustrating with two tired kiddos at 1030pm. The price was a little high compard to other places I have stayed in Florida but that could be the dates I went.

The breakfast was great!! Hot breakfast, my kids enjoyed making waffles! It was a great selection of food both hot and cold.

I think the room could have been a little cleaner, notice things like the fridge was a bit dirty, the microwave, and room service came on the second day. I told her that she could just take the trash, so she did the same on the 3rd day as well, so the linen was not changed and the room was not freshened up.

The breakfast was okay. the room was a great size to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. the cleaning staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The grounds and surrounding area was clean and well-kept.

There was not any linen available for the sofa bed, when I requested linen I was give a bottom sheet and several pillowcases no top sheet or blanket. The indoor pool was closed for two days (our stay was three days) for maintenance, very disappointing for my 4 year old granddaughter.

Very clean! Staff was nice everytime we needed to talk to them, breakfast wasn’t the best but definitely still enjoyed some things they offered. Definitely recommend staying here! The rooms are big and we never felt unsafe in the location we were in!

The location was close to my favorite fishing spots near Tyndall Marina basin.The property is conveniently located near Walmart and other Big chain merchants,and restaurants are also close by..

Very limited on Handicapped accomodations.Lots of parking for handicapped accessibility,just not the rooms.j
