Holiday Inn Panama City, an IHG Hotel

The property is always clean and well maintained. I always enjoy interacting with the staff. They are pleasant and helpful. The live piano music in the lounge is a special treat.

I will drive out of my way to stay at this property versus the other IHG properties in the area. I would very much appreciate more vegetarian / vegan breakfast options.

The staff was very helpful. Answered all of my quest and seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort

I had a double Queen and it was very spacious and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and I loved the fact that you had to use the key to access the power feature

staff was exceptionally helpful, staying there was last minute decision after being in meetings in the area all day, making reservation was easy, arrived late in afternoon, room was clean and comfortable. Had a nice chat with both front desk lady at check in and gentleman who was working later that night. Both were professional, and friendly.

I have no complaint with anything about this newly renovated property. Parking is easy, well lit, Lobby is pretty, rooms are spacious.

The staff was amazing... so polite and helpful. Very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was a good value since 2 breakfast tickets was included with the room and 11 and under ate free with an adult... meaning we only had to buy one breakfast each day. Very pleased and bookmarked the location in case I'm ever in the area again.

Cleanliness, availability of food/restaurant. Breakfast could have been provided for the hotel price charged. Easy access to parking and ease of entrance, exit of hotel

Entrance from the main roadway is somewhat confusing. Breakfast could have been provided considering cost of the hotel per night.

The location was a bit far from the beach about 20-30 minutes from the beach. But that’s because I didn’t know I should have checked before I booked. BUT THE STAFF EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS THEY WERE AMAZING ESPECIALLY THE NIGHT STAFF!

I loved everything. The showers were not getting hot but besides that I loved it

the property was beautiful and in a great location.

My only issue is that the power went out in only half of the room around 10pm. Luckily, we were already headed to bed so it didn’t really matter any. They were suppose to send someone to check out the issue but they never came.

The place. It s huge, clean & sanitized.

When we are about to check in; the front desk Jonell told us we still CAN’t bec. the PAYMENT didn’t go through yet so me & hubby who was tired from 7.5 hour DRIVE has to wait. : (. I tried to call the 3rd party booking. com but there was no contact # provided. Finally, jonell called someone & help us out. IT NEVER HAPPENED TO US YET BEFORE. We got disappointed.

This hotel was very nice and the pictures online served it no justice. I really enjoyed how clean it was because it made my stay more enjoyable. The location was also a bonus because it was close to a lot of fun activities and restaurants.

Clean. Easy to check in and out. Staff was nice. Breakfast was awesome. Pool and hot tub was nice.

We could hear the family in the room next to us so well that we thought they were in the hall by our front door. It was not a major issue but we could hear them easily.
