An outstanding historic hotel, perfectly located in the heart of St. Augustine. Staff are friendly, courteous, and eager to assist, while the room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Breakfast in the morning was superb, with a good choice of dishes and top-quality food.

This historical gem is perfectly located next to the Lightner Museum, Cathedral Basilica, trolly stop, and George Street. A highlight included a tour by the property’s own historian, Michelle. She gave a “mini series” tour about the founding families of St. Augustine. Charlyne, the concierge, was exceptional in with planning tours and meals for three days. The room was spotless clean and bedding wonderful. The staff was five star all around. The other guests we met were lovely. Highly recommend this property.

There was nothing not to like. We enjoyed full days out and about and felt pampered when we settled in at night.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely amazing. They treated us very well. They helped us valet, get our luggage to our room, helped us find locations we wanted to visit and kept following up to make sure our stay was great. We ended up needing late check out and they accommodated us.  we travel a lot and stay in many different places, and I have to say this is a very, very nice place. I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Great people.

restaurant has a terrible menu, except for breakfast. wanted to eat a nice dinner with my wife , but had the worst dinner menu anywhere….no choices , no imagination, 1 strip steak,a duck breast,nothing to make us want to eat there , so we were forced to get an Uber and go to raintre restaurant, which was awesome as usual, but we were very disappointed with bar and dinner menu…general manager Arron was very nice and we will be back, we live in the villages and frequent st Augustine on a monthly basis…

The staff, cleaning personnel who some of them speak spanish which is great, kindness and a centric location besides the historic beauty of the hotel and how clean it was, would recommend to everyone to stay in it. There’s no way I decide to stay in another hotel. Casa Monica is unique and I’ll stay in it all the time. The advantage of having parking facilities and having the car accesible whenever I need it, it’s another positive aspect of this hotel.

the property is gorgeous , well maintained and very clean. the location is right within the historic area and right by the entrance of George Street. once we parked we didn’t have to use our car for the rest of the stay. the staff is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful.

Although the valet staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, professional and polite I felt the valet parking was a little over priced. the property charges you $35 a day to park the car in a next door parking garage. the car is outside all day.

This is the best hotel in St. Augustine. This is a real castle with beautiful architecture and paintings. Everything looks great inside. We visited the restaurant on the 1st floor several times. The kitchen was top notch. The rooms, though small, are comfortable, with a large double bed. The staff is very polite and pleasant. We were satisfied with our choice.

Too bad there was no refrigerator in the room. Very poor selection of alcoholic drinks!

Beds were wonderful.

We had a dog barking for about 3 hrs the night of the 13th into the morning of the 14th. The night before we had an entire bag of things we bought including my new shoe box with my old sandles go missing after a room cleaning. Probably just a mistake, thought it was trash or something.

From start to finish, my entire stay was fantastic. When I booked my stay, I added in the "special requests" that my mom and I were celebrating her birthday. They upgraded us to a premium room at no extra cost and left us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The room itself was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. There was almost always a staff member near by that would hold a door for us as we were leaving the hotel to go out. And we even got access to the facilities and beach at an affiliated private club. The only time we had to wait for anything was in their lounge; we had to wait about 15 mins for our drink order to be taken. But our server then stated that the drinks were on him due to our wait, so even then we were still very pleased! (Their blood orange margaritas are delicious.) I couldn't recommend this place more. It was the best experience I've ever had at a hotel.
