Absolutely fabulous location everything is just outside the door. Lovely front porch to sit on the evening and people watch. Coffee and wine free in main house sitting room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in room was good. Parking for car a few doors away so no need to drive anywhere.

We just booked a bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Would have liked coffee in the room and maybe a phone. We booked for the location not the size of the room which was adequate. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss (strange combinations) but it was made with love!

The location is awesome. Couldn't have picked a better spot to experience the historical part of St. Augustine. Loved the veranda overlooking Charlotte, and the room was quite comfortable.

The chairs on the veranda are disappointing, basic sling chairs that aren't very comfortable. We enjoy sitting outside and those didn't help that much. The wine hour was a bit of a disappointment too. A little higher quality for the wine selection would be good. We are also early risers and the 9:15 breakfast was way too late for us. I realize that not all people are like us, but an earlier window would be preferable. Bed and breakfasts I've stayed in before had a window for breakfast, not a single time that was late in the morning. The only other thing is that the staff is a bit hard to make contact with. There is a certain level of service that these kind of places normally provide, and having trouble getting hold of someone doesn't enhance that.

The inn at Charlotte is a Perfect location walking distance to everything!  Our room was very comfortable. The staff was excellent. Ricky went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable at all times. The breakfast every morning was delicious. Definitely a must day.

If I was to make one suggestion, it would be to play some soft music at breakfast  so the clanking of utensils and dishes aren’t so loud!!!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, plenty of towels. We enjoyed sitting in the parlor room sipping wine and lounging on the front porch sipping coffee. Loved the fact that the Inn is so close to everything. The trolly was a pleasure, enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to drive anywhere. We took a horse a carriage ride, loved it! Easy check-in and easy check-out.

We did not use your daily cleaning service, however, was still billed for it. We were not made aware of that fact. Upon checkout we were informed from the staff person on duty that we would be getting a 'one day' credit for the cleaning service. Waiting on that!

Location was great, in the heart of the historic district. Could walkout the door and get to practically anything. No need for a car unless wanting to see something further away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Room had a little musty smell which is likely from being on the coast and impossible to prevent with the storms it is exposed to.

Perfect location, close to everything! We enjoyed walking around the historic places and then eating good food before returning to the hotel. Cozy, very clean, and beautiful room, perfect space for a couple. We loved the balcony to enjoy a couple of glasses of wine and chat. Super easy check-in and Free parking.

Clean room and very comfortable bed. Good shower and the aircon was adequate to cope with the July temperatures. Carter looked after us really well and provided a lovely breakfast. Wine and snacks in the evening were a plus too. Ricky and the other staff were really helpful too. Would come back here again!

The staff was exceptional! Our flight was delayed, and they were willing to wait until we arrived. They made a stressful situation so much easier. The location is perfect and everything was very clean!

The shower needs a weighted curtain. It would be nice to have a couple of options at breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent, especially the peach smoothie. Location perfect. Close to excellent Drunken Horse restaurant. Nice to have dedicated parking space. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The shower facility was outstanding. Water and lemonade was a nice touch.

Hope you got the TV picture working. My arms got tired carrying my wife's heavy bag from Parking Lot 8. :)

Our host and his staff were very cordial and attentive. Our breakfasts were delicious, nicely presented, and served in cozy but elegant dining room. The complimentary decanter of wine and snacks in the afternoon was a very nice touch. Overall, the hospitality was superb, and the location ideal for our visit. I look forward to returning for another visit.

Our room was a bit small, with no closet, so finding a place to hang things up was a challenge, but the bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet.
