Hampton Inn & Suites Alpharetta Roswell

Excellent stay! Easy, comfortable and convenient location to the amphitheater! There were 4 of us and the room was spacious for everyone. We were able to get an Uber to the concert which made things easier. Front desk staff was super nice and went above and beyond when we come back late at night and couldn't find anything still open to eat or order from. He gave us a little to go bag with some goodies! So sweet! If I have another concert to go in Alpharetta, I will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn again!

Everything was just right!!

They couldn't do their usual breakfast buffet because of Covid restrictions, but they did the best they could with the "grab and go" type presentation. I would have really loved a banana though (just me). I would give this 5 stars on Trip Advisor, not because it was the Ritz Carlton, but because it was quiet, comfortable, perfectly, centrally located for our needs, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The head desk person "Mr. C." was so personable and helpful ... even as we were leaving. Overall... we could not have chosen a better place for our needs. I would say to future guests: know that it's older, the furniture is a bit scruffy, but the beds are comfortable, it's quiet, and it doesn't smell old (one of my ick factors). We will use this hotel again should we need to be in the Alpharetta/Roswell area.

My tiniest complaint was the lighting in the bathroom. It was pretty dim, and I needed more ... but that's just me.

Loved the location, easily able to just walk right to a convenient store. Very clean, very pretty. Comfortable.

Unfortunately did not have a nice view out the window but still okay. Upset about not having a pool to swim in I guess it was closed. Went to the breakfast area because we were told there would be breakfast 6-10 but there was only cereals, cereal bars, etc, no actual breakfast. Unless it was hidden somewhere. It would have been nice to know this when we specifically called and asked about breakfast.

The location was great for my business. The hotel is a great place to stay nice and clean. And I like the great rates they offer because it has been tough lately.

It's not that I didn't like it the place is nice and clean and the staff is ok but the beds are to hard for my liking it seems that I can't sleep on them I have to fold the comforter and sleep on top it in order to get some sleep. Other than that I enjoyed the hotel and it's amenities.

This hotel was clean, in a very good location, and a great price! I would definitely stay again!

The complimentary breakfast was not that great. It was just some oranges, granola bars, and packs of cereal. Not a wide variety. But I assumed it was probably due to covid, and we didn't even need much any way since we had a lot of our own snacks.

Quick check in and comfortable beds

The toilet in my room flooded our room the morning we were checking out my husband went down to let someone know that it was flooding and they sent him back with a plunger😡 Finally someone came up to see what was going on and by then water was running out the door and the whole room was almost filled with water. When we checked out there wasn’t any apologies said to me or my husband about our room flooding.

Although the C-19 situation has ceased the 'Continental breakfast' café, Hampton had put together a bagged breakfast for their guests. This is the ONLY hotel I've seen going the extra mile! Awesome!

The light illuminating the pool area outside my room made it impossible to darken the room entirely. This was disappointing, although not a fault of the staff nor management, as it would seem an insurance requirement.

Great location for where I needed to be.

The room I was in, number 117, was on the other side of the wall from the elevators. Everything on the elevator moved I could hear it. Made it difficult to sleep.

Front desk staff very courteous, friendly and professional. My large room with king size bed was very comfortable and clean and I loved the thick clean white towels and neutrogena bath soap.

The carpet in the hallway on 4th floor has large stains that need to be cleaned.

I liked how friendly the staff were. They always asked me how I was doing. It's very nice to feel like I matter, even if it's the staff's job. They didn't have to go out of their way to be extra polite, but they did, and I am grateful.
