The room was super nice! Spacious. Comfy beds. It was clean. The bathroom was nice and big. *Love the sliding door* The location is great; there are plenty of things to see and do. Shopping, Dining, etc. The surrounding area was really nice too. Gorgeous, actually. + it's within walking distance to the amphitheater! *Why we were there*

There isn't really anything i "didn't like." My opinion: The shower head is junk. Actually, the design of the showering area isn't ideal either. *Door leaks water all over floor, lack of towel holders and no "placement" for shaving or drying... if you know, you know...

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. I like the set up for the bathroom because it was very different. I also liked that the let out bed wasn't traditional.

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. I have never had and breakfast without eggs. I also didn't like the waffle in a bag option versus having a waffle iron.

The rooms were new and modern while being very spacious. The layout was not your conventional hotel room which nice.

My only dislike was the water’s temperature in the pool. It was much too cool for my liking, even my grandson who did get in was shivering when he got out.

Gym could use some updating to have all size weights available in the set. There is room for bikes and other equipment. Mats would also be nice. Breakfast could have better options also.

The hotel exceeded our expectations: very comfortable, quiet, and affordable. The free parking and breakfast were an added plus! Will definitely recommend it to others.

The shower door did not close properly, causing water to get on the floor.

The bathroom door is directly in front of the bed in the king suite. It is made of frosted glass and if anyone gets up to use the restroom in the night the light blares right through the glass directly in the face of anyone sleeping in the bed.

the breakfast need to be improve don't the egg look like soup, and it was just stuff that I could just got at gas station in comparison to everything else in the hotel it was short.

I paid on booking , and got charged again and had to call back for my refund that took 3-5 days & then it wasn’t the full amount which they had to refund again
