The location was great and my room was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was AMAZING, and everything was very quiet and pleasant! Parking was great!

One of the staff members gave me a hard time at the desk, and when I checked in, I was informed about the $25/night incidental charge. I was not told about this when I booked, so it caught me by surprise. I do not like unexpected charges!

I loved how clean the air was when I first entered the hotel. I throughly checked the beds and linens down to the mattresses for stains, none whatsoever 🥳🥳🥳. I asked for an extra bed for the two little ones, so we had two queen beds, a pull out sofa and the extra bed. The five of us were very comfortable. All females 🤗🥰. My granddaughters and myself. Room service was top notch,manager was exceptional. The indoor pool was very helpful for keeping the little ones busy. Gym was very clean and up-to-date. There's also a laundry room available, very inexpensive 🙂. They have gas grills, and a fire pit Lounge area, very nice and cozy. My granddaughters were in love with the buckwheat waffles 🤗🥰. Of course there were other items, that's what they were hooked on with strawberry and nutella toppings. There's also a doggie area outside 🤗🙂. Again many thanks to the hotel staff at Home2suites in Roswell Georgia. You really made us feel at home when we had to leave our home in Florida because of Ian🤗🥰🤗🥰💜💜.

Only thing I didn't like was that we didn't have a remote that was actually built for the television, so we had to constantly contact the front desk for the only tv remote that could change the device input to connect the children's Playstation and firestick to their television I'm sure they will make the necessary changes to the TV remotes🙂.

When I say a great area and I was iffy due to it saying dogs. The place was soo clean and updated. The pictures look just like the place. Updated and they stay cleaning. I didn't smell dogs and The dogs were quiet. They were not aggressive dogs and they were very friendly to me and my kids. The food was great! Didn't have to pay to park. What made it stand out is the customer service. 120% great 😃. Thank you to the staff. Maintenance and Cleaners as well 😊. The food was good. I was not over charged. Perfect Stay. Home away from Home. No Jacuzzi, the pool clean and great. They even had BBQ Grill the big ones. I will be back. We slept well. Thank you Everyone at Home 2 Suites by Hilton.

I Loved The Fact that it was clean and all the staffs were nice to me and my fiancé, they made us feel welcome especially we were traveling from far. A young fellow named Pierre Made check in so smoothly and was very nice and respectful.

there’s nothing not to like about the property it was well cleaned from the room , kitchen ( where they have us get breakfast , to the entrance of the property. I will be coming back.

Seeing the outside lounge with a firepit upon my arrival, made me immediately relax and reassured that I made a great hotel choice! The mini-market of snacks was another bonus. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. I also appreciated the personal welcome on the TV, and the amenities of coffee/tea, microwave and fridge, and the comfortable/spacious room.

The location was great because it is near GA 400 & there is ample parking in the front and back. The breakfast was good, however adding organic & gluten-free options would be a nice touch. Also, I liked the on-site recycling collection program.

The only thing I didn't like was the elevated humidity in my room. The A/C worked great for controlling temperature, but the humidity level below never fell below 62%, & any humidity level over 55% allows mold & mildew to grow. I mentioned this to staff, & they advised that this was an issue throughout the building & that they would take my input under advisement.

Bed was very comfortable, and the room was a good size.

The windows didn't meet the price of the hotel. As our King Bed Suite was facing the road, and we could hear every truck/car and motocycle passing. It make a very super room below average. I'm surprised that Hilton didn't upgrade to triple glaze windows for sound proofing. Plus the A/C was very noisy.

The hotel is new, clean and amazing. The rooms are equipped with more than the basic essentials, making it very easy with younger kids. The fire pit area is a great place to relax in the evening. The pool was a family favorite!! Coffee and hot chocolate are available 24/7 in the lobby! The breakfast is to die for!! Location is perfect!! There are many restaurants nearby! The mall is only 6 mins away, while Top Golf and Main Events are right around the corner. Our one night mini family vacation felt like a pleasant week long getaway!! It doesn’t get better than that!!

The staff were very helpful. The place was clean and tidy and I enjoyed the facilities of the place. The only issue I had is with the breakfast, but that's only because I'm difficult with my food choice.

As I said, the only issue I had was with the breakfast, which was an ordinary American breakfast, but that means I didn't have many options to eat. But that is really very subjective, so for those who enjoy this type of food, there shouldn't be an issue.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff at front desk who checked us in (Pierre and George) were very friendly and helpful.

There was a car alarm that didn't turn off for a couple hours one evening. I'm guessing staff couldn't figure out the owner - perhaps they should register license plates at desk.
