Best Western Atlanta-Marietta Ballpark Hotel

The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean. And it was close to the ballpark area which is where I needed to be for work.

They do have some rooms that open directly onto the parking lot. The outside of the hotel is not very inviting but once you're inside it's fine. The light in the bathroom was not very bright. It was just around the mirror.

Everything was clean, breakfast was wonderful, & the staff was really nice. We stayed in a king room, and the bed was really comfortable. The location was great & only like a 10-15 minute drive to Downtown Atlanta. There were plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute drive.

It was kind of noisy. At first we thought the window might be open because you could hear everything outside, and people were hanging out in the halls or with their doors open yelling to each other. It usually stopped around 11, but it would definitely keep you up if you like quiet when you sleep.

To start, the outside of the building does not do the inside justice because the inside is lovely, beautiful. I loved the fact that it was pet friendly because I was traveling with my tiny 12lb dog whom I didn’t have a doggy sitter for. The room was CLEAN, it smelled nice, the bedding was CLEAN and it didn’t feel humid in the room like my previous hotel. I felt very comfortable and the bed was really comfortable and the complementary breakfast was great! The staff was friendly as well and I appreciated that. Thank you all for all your hard work to making sure the property is well kept.

Because the building is obviously older, to make the outside more appealing I’d say add some year around flowers to add some color and a piece of home for the guests.

The staff was so courteous. Everyone I encountered had a smile and was such a pleasure to work with! The accommodations were perfect and room was very clean. Breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had at a hotel. Close proximity to the Truist Stadium (6 minute drive) so we were able to catch Friday and Saturday game! Loved this whole experience saying at the best western!

Everything was great.

As soon as we walked in the clerk at the front desk greeted us with a smile. The hotel smelled so fresh and clean. As well as the room. We had a king size bed and it was super comfy. The clerk was helpful in helping us to find a place to eat. We ended up ordering out and having it delivered. We were able to use the breakfast room as we had met friends there. The breakfast was included and it was excellent. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it for anyone else wanting a great place to stop for the night.

It was difficult to find.

The staff was very friendly and helpful - the lady at the front desk even offered to help with my luggage because I was struggling with the dolly. I travel for work quite often, and everything felt a bit more modern than most other hotels priced similarly. The area felt safe, and overall the hotel was great for its value.

I'm definitely nitpicking here, but the sink faucet was so close to the back of the sink that there was no way to wash your hands without splashing water all over the counter. It honestly made me laugh, but I could see that being annoying for some.

Overall, it was a pleasure. The staff was friendly. The hotel from top to bottom was clean.

The only thing I didn't like was when we woke up that morning we found a baby Roach climbing on the toddlers pull ups. And on the way out we saw another baby Roach on the desk area. The lighting in there is not the best especially when you're trying to put on makeup. It's a bit dim but we made it work.

I liked that hot Breakfast was served. Carlos at the frontdesk was great as well as my other interactions. They had a laundry room and seating area for the guest. Right off the highway and multiple places to eat.

I didn't like the fact the pool was not open. I must admit if I knew that I would have stayed at another location. Also, housekeeping should check under the mattress because it looked like popcorn was there. I usually check under the mattress for bugs etc. and bring my wipes/lysol. I did let the front desk know when I left. I was going to clean myself but it wasn't much.
