Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest

We had booked a 2 queen room, but when we checked in they had overbooked and those rooms were not available. They gave us instead a king room with a pull out sofa, which worked fine for our children. They also waived the daily parking fee because it was their mistake. The ladies at the desk were very kind and helpful. We were in town because of a volleyball tournament downtown. We haven't had good experiences staying downtown so we chose to stay in this area, only a 20 min drive downtown. Close to restaurants. Only a mile and a half from Truist Park...you can see the Friday night fireworks from the hotel. We were very pleased with our stay.

I loved that the room was cleanly, spacious, and quiet! The food from the restaurant downstairs was phenomenal!

The bartender made it quite clear to my friend and I that she had no interest in serving us since they were 35 min from closing. We were only going to get 2 entrees to go. She didn’t change her attitude until I got visibly upset. It was a huge turn off and made us feel unwelcome. We would have eaten elsewhere, but everywhere else was closed at that time and we had been traveling for a large amount of hours. The check in people were off putting as well, as they seemed put out of their way any time I asked a question.

The Bartender/ all the other hats he wore was the best! Lawrence was welcoming, efficient, attentive, and all around awesome! He was the highlight of my trip! The Waitress at breakfast was really nice. Front desk staff was welcoming.

I didn’t like that by 10:45am there was no more coffee. Just decaf; and they wouldn’t make anymore. The shower pressure wasn’t the best. You could see the repairs done to the bathroom. It could use an upgrade; especially for the price.

Location was right across the street for my destination.

When I walked into the room i noticed a small tiny bug crawling on the be sheets...i sprayed disinfectant/Clorox spray. And I was a little at ease

I had to switch rooms 11 at night with a toddler and infant because the room had bed bugs.

When I book with booking.com it said that “free breakfast” only. I book for 4 and only got breakfast free for 3. And the end of my stay I had to pay breakfast for the whole week. That was a misleading information that booking.com had here and still has it. Very poor and bad of you. Yanelis Jinete

The staff was absolutely amazing! Every staff member was very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and pretty clean. But the staff was my main reason to come back!

HUGE gnarly stain on the pull out bed, dinner was very expensive for mediocre food, the fire alarm went off multiple times during the day which we allotted time for to be able to catch up on sleep (they are doing construction so I assumed it had to do with that)

Very nice lobby and landscaping. Room was outstanding. Restaurant has very good service and food. Front desk was responsive to the fact that I had two dogs with me and gave me a ground floor room right next to an exit. Outside the exit was an area for pets with seating.

Had trouble finding the hotel. I came off south bound I-75 and was met with a tangle of roads leading in all directions. (Not the hotel's fault of course.) Upcharge of $100 for pets seemed a little steep but probably worth it considing how nice the hotel is.

My room smelled like Marijuana. The entire floor smelled like Marijuana even the elevator. I had to go ask for air freshener. That didn't clear the room. I asked to be moved to another room and they didn't have any available. The front desk lady said she couldn't help me. I paid $268.00 to be in a room that smelled like Marijuana. My 13 yr old was very upset. I put a towel under the door and closed ourselves in the bedroom. The living room part was still loud. For this to be a non smoking facility why would you allow this is what I asked the front desk clerk. She said it's nothing she could do.

it was clean, quiet, located near bars and restaurants and family activities. bars and restaurants in walking distance. There is a restaurant inside the hotel as well.

there was a roach crawling at the main desk in the lobby. They don't allow the door dash and Uber eats delivery ppl come to your room door
