Location was everything

I was charged more than quoted

Large room, new bathroom, large windows

There was no microwave in the room (it was only in the common hallway on the floor, as in a dormitory), the door in the bathroom did not work properly. Our windows overlooked the parking lot and the Construction site. The view on the other side of the hotel was better, but we were not offered any other rooms. On the day of departure the maids knocked on the door several times for some reason, instead of taking the information to the front desk - from which rooms the guests had left.

Excellent location! Awesome big size suite and space are very comfortable ! Balcony have fantastic view (I was living at 9 floor) Nice lobby to sitting in the evening. Very friendly staff! Housekeeping - everyday !

Just one thing I wish will be not suit to the price is an very old couch and chair with stains.

room very comfortable, altough I asked fro more pillows and they didnt provide them, parking good, and the location is excellent, the breakfast I never see it.

It would be great to have a business center like every hotel not only for printing , with acces to a computer to be able to check, cause when youre travelling not for work not always bring your laptop

The location was great, close walking distance to restaurants and transit. We were upgraded to an upper level king suite with a patio thar shows off a great view of the city skyline.

The room was clean, except for a pair of panties found underneath the curtains. Other than that, the room was perfect.

Location was great and the room was too parking was a little high for the time of the season but over all it is a great place to stay will stay again

Parking fee was high to me and the ice machine on the 11th floor not working and 10th floor not either so had to go the the 12th floor to get ice

Best staff, extremely accommodating and helpful. Definitely went far beyond my expectations of what bellhops (if that’s what they are called) should have to do. Stayed to pick up kids and the man at the door helped put all their stuff on the cart and took it to the parking garage and helped load everything into the car at 1:30am. Again great staff. He did all that with a smile on his face! I also received a voucher for parking as the room wasn’t ready upon arrival, that was nice; checkout was also extremely easy.

This was my second stay in Atlanta and I’m starting to think all of the parking garages have tiny parking spaces.

Loved our stay very quiet and relaxed atmosphere just wish there were Do Not Distrurb Signs so that housekeeping knows not to just enter room..we had incident where one had our door wide open while we were out shopping but it wasn't a major deal once explaining we prefer not coming inside if we aren't present when knocking...And just wish room had microwave for the amount spent overall..Great time!

I loved the easy check-in and check-out. I really loved the bar location. It was perfect for having a drink and waiting on the Uber.

I didn't really like the additional charge for parking, but was satisfied with the security of my vehicle.

Our son is a freshmen at GA Tech, and the mid-town Atlanta location and accommodations were perfect for our weekend visit. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The in-and-out attached parking garage was really convenient too!
