Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Midtown

The Hilton Garden Inn held my 200.00 deposit for 10 days i got the run around everytime i called i had to contact the BBB..

It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was truly awesome.

it was in the process of renovations and construction around it so aesthetically it was not pleasing. Although my room was new, it did not have some essentials like a trashcan or coffee service. Also, the AC unit needed a new filter and looked as if it hadn’t been changed in a while.

This hotel was great. They accommodated me earlier than expected. My car didn't work for the door so the maintenance guy came and helped and came back with a key that did work but he did let me in with his own keys so I didn't have to wait. The room was very comfortable I love the shower. I had a great experience here! I will definitely recommend to others.

The only thing I didn't like those kind of good location there was really no places to eat. I had to order from Uber eats. The restaurant in the hotel was closed I guess due to covid. That was really the only inconvenience for me. I didn't have a car so I have to walk to find the restaurant

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The view from our room, except for the highway was beautiful and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

there was a lot of construction in the vicinity. I couldn’t understand why it includes the The word garden in the name. In the cupboard next to the refrigerator, there was a bag of someone’s fast food trash.

The cleaneliness of the room and the size of the room and the bathroom was exceptional the view of the pool and the city and the nearby trees even nicer if they were lit at night, the only disadvantage is the fee for parking its extreamely expensive. Overall I love this place would defitnely recommend and stay again would just find cheaper parking.

The $40.00 a night parking is just to expensive for my wallet, although the valet guys were wonderful and parking very secure just have extra cash for parking.

the employees especially Aisha! she’s the best! changing our reservation from Duluth to here i a few weeks alll because of her!

Staff was nice, they adjust my reservation efficiently. The hotel location is excellent. The "valet" personnel was very responsive and pleasant. All together this hotel was a very good experience for me as a tourist.

Even-thought the "valet" personnel was very responsive and nice, I personally would have preferred to take care of my car by myself.

The staff went above and beyond ; we had an early flight and was able to check in early . We were greeted by smiles and professionalism. The hotel was very clean the location is pretty decent also . I highly recommend!

It was clean, and in the heart of downtown Atlanta staff was amazing.

Paying for parking and Breakfast, breakfast was not all that good so I only ate there once for the price should have more options. Parking is 45.00 a night wish it was a little cheaper.

Good location, easy to get to where we needed to be, staff was amazing, room was great. Valera was at the front desk every day and was so friendly and helpful. Everytime we walked past any other employees they smiled and greeted us. What a great property!
