Hyatt Centric Midtown Atlanta

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff and convenient (if pricey…but in keeping with the area) parking. Nice bar and restaurant and the little market in the lobby has the best cheesecake! Shower water pressure and temperature were divine. Location is SO convenient to the Marta station. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The pillows were the kind that go completely flat with the slightest pressure, but I’ll bring my own next time to solve that problem. The smoking area out front is in clear view of the street and several times during my four night stay, homeless people would come up asking for smokes. I never felt threatened, and it was never an issue when valet attendants were around, but if you’re a late night smoker, be prepared to share.

Our room was huge and very comfortable. The desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the location for Midtown was perfect, with a lot of restaurants and bars within just a few minutes walk. The car park for the hotel is right next door so that is very convenient, as is the Metro station at just a few minutes walk. Great neighbourhood and a nice clean and modern hotel.

i hate that they charged us for the water I didn't use. i had to call and it was reversed right away. the reception didn't tell us that there was a parking charge when they gave us the code

From the moment we arrived, Jordan blew us away with his professional and courteous manner. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are quite nice, and the view from our 10th-floor room was amazing, but Jordan was truly the star of the visit. His recommendation of the Cafe Intermezzo for brunch was SPOT on!

That I only stayed one night!

This was such a wonderful experience. From the moment I checked in the staff, specifically Madeline, made me feel so welcomed. She was extremely cordial and willing to assist and/or answer any question. The location was also a major bonus!!!

The property was in the perfect location for us. There’s a parking garage attached, and the High Art Museum was a 15 minute walk, so we definitely got our steps in this trip! Lots of places to eat congregated around the hotel. The receptionist was very kind to us, and he upgraded our room when we had a problem for no extra cost. Very nice gentleman. We owe you one!

clean and trendy

I checked in at 7 and my room still was not available. And I didn’t get the upgraded room that I booked because it wouldn’t be ready anytime soon… with that being said They did compensate us with delicious food and drinks from their restaurant, which more than made up for the issues

Location was great - close to the aquarium, Coke World, and the botanical gardens. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions. Quiet neighborhood.

WiFi was a bit slow.

The room was clean, and pool was also clean. I appreciated the extra security of elevators only working with the floors assigned to your key card.

We were given a connected room (with an internal door to the room next door), and I wasn’t sure if there was an access/security concern that I should be worried about.
