Element Atlanta Midtown

Location was key for a show at the Fox Theatre. The bar and restaurant had comparable prices to others in the area. We were upgraded to a larger room at check-in and it was very spacious and clean.

Garage parking upon arrival was confusing - the ticket machine showed one price while the hotel website said another. We only learned after checking in that the hotel takes your ticket and charges you for it inside the hotel rather than at the garage entrance/exit. Only other complaint was the pillows. They were super soft and provided no support yet doubling up on them wasn’t any better. My partner and I unfortunately both woke up with sore necks the next morning.

Amazing location- easy to walk or uber to anything. Beds were also very comfy, and great bonuses like free breakfast an happy hour during the week.

Switch up housekeeping schedule- they came at the same time everyday (during a time that we had work calls to take in the room), so we weren't able to get the room cleaned during all the days stayed.

We were welcomed by friendly staff and sent on our way in just as friendly of manner. Hotel was very clean. Comfy stay, with sights of the city to take in. Pretty much checked all boxes for what we were looking for in a great anniversary weekend stay.

It wasn't a deal breaker (as we come prepared everywhere we go), but fruit and granola were about the only breakfast options for vegans...

The property was clean and provided a nice view of the city. Ponce City Market and other shops weren’t too far away if you needed any last minute items (like I did!).

There wasn’t anything I truly disliked about the property. The walls are kind of thin, but you don’t hear much going on in other rooms.

Figuring out where to go to check in was a little confusing but the friendliness of the staff made up for it. Great place to stay. Felt safe and access to downtown was really easy. Will recommend to friends and will stay at other element properties. I think the fellow who checked me in was Bishop, he is a great asset to your company,!!!!

I can’t say enough about this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised of how beautiful & clean it is. Staff was very friendly & welcoming. They even have free bikes to take a ride three town. Plenty of food places nearby! Take advantage of the free continental breakfast. Balcony access to chill it’s an all around great hotel!!

Nothing was wrong.

Clean, well kept facilities. Room was immaculate. Staff was amazing. Polite, professional, courteous and super accommodating. Great little bar and grille. Very laid-back. You can actually have a conversation without yelling. Great food as well.

when we arrived there were no baggage carts. Also the parking garage is accident waiting to happen. First entering the garage that continuous turn and if another car is coming or going around that turn you almost hit each other
