Comfort Inn & Suites Atlanta Smyrna

Staff was the absolute best. Accommodations are as advertised. Even better is their snack bar is stacked for those late night needs! I can not stress enough how helpful and friendly the staff is, especially in a crunch.

The wifi wasn't too reliable and would be out for several minutes at a time which would also include the tv restarting or malfunctioning. :/

I love the location. I love my king suite that I was in. Clean towels room smells clean. Love the big size TV's The front desk Young lady checked me in and treated me like a queen.

They didn't have too many fruits. I was looking for oranges in the morning

Very clean, which is very important. Location In a safe environment. Friendly staff and has very affordable rates.

Honestly there is nothing that I disliked about it. Which is strange because I’m so specific about my preferences. Especially cleanliness.

There was no breakfast and I feel like I should be giving a refund on the breakfast because it was included in my room price and if they stop it due to Covid the price should have been reduced and my room smiled like smoke and I had a non smoking room I had to burn a bath and works candle and the bathroom door knob was broken

The staff was friendly and welcoming! They accommodated my late check-in with no hesitation..

Overnight staying, I had to request clean towels from house keeping. Received them later in the evening...

The front staff was amazing. Bryan was so helpful when we checked in. Seriously the quickest, easiest check-in I've ever experienced. The room was amazing. It had two TV's which my kids loved since they brought their playstation along to play. And the King size bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby every night. We ended up requesting to stay an extra night and Bryan was so helpful to ensure we got the same rate for the second night as well. Thanks for a great stay. We will be for sure be back.

Due to COVID, breakfast was in to-go bags but that is something out of their control. My kids were also a little upset that the indoor pool was not open but again that was just an extra measure they done to decrease germs.

Great location lots of places to eat nearby close to Downtown Atlanta about 20 mins friendly staff very informative

Elevator was a bit dangerous with the step. You can hear people talking through doors walls thin. Room was clean except the headboard you could see the hand prints from before

I had trouble finding the location because I thought it was an Atlanta address so it didn't show up on my navigator. After 3 hours in Atlanta traffic, including 3 trips thought Truist area (on a game night) I called the hotel and the night manager came to my location and led me back to the Inn. I have never had service like this. The man needs a raise.

I was a little disappointed that there was only a bag breakfast

Everything was clean, well stocked and staff was excellent . Hotel was close to all attractions. Six flags was roughly 6 miles the braves stadium was about the same.

The plug for the jacuzzi was broken butbthe front desk was nore than accommodating to fix the issue

Sonya and Courtney were amazing. From check in to check out was great. I will definitely return

The only sad part was the pool not being heated
