Drury Inn & Suites Atlanta Marietta

We got adjoining rooms at our request and they were clean and had more than enough room for our family of five. The beds were comfortable and there were more than enough pillows. Toiletries in the shower were wall pumps and easy to get the amount we needed without trying to squeeze something out of those tiny bottles. Staff were kind and efficient. Breakfast had everything we oils want one need- cereal, eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, pastries, fresh fruit and toast. Dinner was plain but filling and the kids got hotdogs with steamed rolls and they couldn’t be happier. we enjoyed chicken Alfredo one night and meatballs with gravy on mashed potatoes and veggies the second night. delicious and my salad eater even got her big green salad with her choice of dressings. The chef was attentive and the bartender poured a good cocktail. The kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub and there were plenty of towels for drying and tables/chairs for those of us who weren’t sleeping. WiFi was excellent and we could stream easily with everyone happily winding down with their tech at the end of the day. We felt very safe.

Clean room and facilities, super friendly staff (the 2 ladies at reception and everyone at breakfast/dinner), unfortunately the guy with the 2 earrings at the reception was not at all friendly, he seemed honestly bothered by the clients. Excellent breakfast and happy hour, which makes it great value for money!

We had an issue with our card and when explaining the situation he looked completely uninterested and bothered… that was not nice, luckily the other 2 ladies compensated with their kindness and humour. The beds are too soft and experienced some back pain after a few days of staying.

Stayed here overnight the last several years on our way North from Florida. Staff was kind and room was comfortable. We travel with a large breed dog and have never had any issues at this property. Right off the highway, and surrounded by food options and petrol stations, we find this an excellent location. We spent less than 12hrs here before we were on our way North.

The biggest complaint I had was how irresponsible many pet owners are. Pick up after your own dog. Don't be rude. For our needs this property is perfect and we'll definitely book again for our yearly journey.

The breakfast, and evening kickback was outstanding! The facilities were clean and neat, but I was blown away by the staff. Everyone I saw working there was so polite and courteous, like they were actually happy to be at work there! When going to Atlanta area, I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

The only negative I had was the Air conditioner shut off during the night (I guess the property operates with smart meters) making it warm and kind of stuffy at night.

Very friendly staff! From check-in to check-out, everyone was kind and smiling. The happy hour was terrific! Real food, not just chips and dip! Drinks were great. Best breakfast! Fresh pancakes, perfect grits, all the fixings! Bed was comfy, I always bring my own pillow. Nice big screen tv's! Enjoyed the pool & hot tub, also!

The suite was configured where the bathroom was a walk thru the living area from the bedroom. Kind of awkward at night.

As we pulled in the lot we were blocked in by a hook and ladder firetruck, turned out there were renovations going on and our first thought was praying no one was hurt. It turned out a water pipe had broken. The manager took complete control and we ended ups having an impromptu and pizza party instead of the usual meal....it was quick thinking and great response by the manager and the staff to make a disaster into a very enjoyable memory....👍👍👍

Room was very comfortable (we have previously stayed in the same room). Lighting could be a little better. Like that pets are allowed, although $50 for a pet seems kind of expensive. Breakfast and happy hour were very good.

It would be nice if the "happy hour" were open until 8pm instead of 7pm for us late arrivals. It's also a little bit of a hassle being on an upper floor with our dog.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly. Easy check- in and check-out. Breakfast was plentiful. We missed the dinner, but apparently, at the Drury Inn in Marietta they serve a free dinner with wine and beer. We came in just at the tail end of it so did not join in although the front desk person encouraged us to partake and then check in. Facilities were super clean. Water pressure and temperature great. Pets are allowed but there were no lingering smells. A # 1 hotel for me in the future, if I have a choice.

Food and drink provided at dinner and breakfast is such a nice touch. good options that gluten free people can even eat, like baked potato. So much appreciated!

was only given 1 key at check-in and not asked how many I wanted. didn’t realize and then didn’t have keys for both adults. when I asked to get another key, I needed an ID (which i didn’t have on me because I had been at the pool) instead of just being able to confirm some info. inconvenient after a long day of traveling.

Room was very comfortable and clean. All accessories and appliances in the room functioned properly (light switches, heating/cooling, water faucets, etc.). Furniture was not damaged and functioned properly. Door lock was very easy to operate. No damage to walls or fixtures. Chairs were comfortable. Especially like the ottoman. :)

Because we travelled with our dog, it was would have been helpful to be in a ground-floor room close to an exit. This would not only have been more convenient for us, but also aywould prevent accidents from occurring in the room.
